Natalia was a joy to work with, in the Showroom and online, very quick & efficient at providing me with product details and quotes. She worked with me & Valley Tubs to get specs for a customized shower base in a day or 2, impressive! It was never an issue to follow up on a product, 20+ emails later!I would definitely recommend her and the Company to my friends and family! Customer service was excellent!

My wife (Shannon) and I are doing what we think is a very extensive renovation and we have heard so many stories about the process and not are always positive. Ashley at Artistic Baths in Langley was amazing! While I was drawn to the Kohler Artifacts line for a vintage bath feel, I was unequipped for the volume of fine-detail decisions our renovation would entail. Ashley was there to assist: her patience and expertise helped me make informed and timely decisions about fixtures, including an outstanding Fleurco shower door, and helped manage much of the stress a renovation of this scale can cause. Ashley’s significant product knowledge, procurement and monitoring skills meant that we were expertly supported and her friendly personality made the journey a genuine pleasure. Thank you, Ashley!
