The service i received from this wonderful business was out of this world. This past Friday at 11am i blew a 245/40R19 runflat on my BMW. As you can imagine this is not a common tire. i had a wedding near Collingwood to get to the next day and there were no deliveries coming. All 3 of the inside staff got on the phone and tried to find a new (or even used to get me going) tire and even called competitors. They finally found one in Strathroy and one of the staff drove an hour there and another back and they had me on the road by 2:30pm. NOthing short of amazing to me. My heartfelt thanks to everyone at Exeter Tirecraft. Well Done!!!!!!!!

I was stuck.... it was Friday at 4:30.... I was located at my trailer park in Grand Bend.... Had a flat tire on my Golf cart and needed service as quick as possible ( I had to leave from my park and get home as early as possible on Saturday)... I called many places and they either didn't even bother to pick up the phone (despite the time being before their posted 'closing time's), or they said they wouldn't have anyone available on Saturdays (I get that, no one really wants to work overtime or on weekends).... Finally found a shop in Exeter (located about 1/2 HR drive away).... Although I couldn't make it before their 5:00 close (I didn't even have the tire off of the Cart at that time), what they did do for me is squeeze me in immediately at their 8:00 AM opening time on Saturday! I was there and waiting, they were promptly on time, had me out of there in 20 minutes! I am thanking Justin for understanding my situation and the great service in getting me that 1st time slot, and Julienne the mechanic for his fast efficient repair. Great job guys!

The staff is always friendly and the service I have received has been wonderful. They explain what needs to be done and find ways to do if cost effectively. I highly recommend them for your car if your car is out of warranty.

I went there to get the oil changed and we settled for $65 with regular oil and after it was over and went there to pick up my car they charged me $115. And he told that only premium oil goes in your car. How did he put premium oil without telling me. This is open fraud. After that slowly one by one my car started breaking down.. i am frustrated

While the service was quick and efficient, which I greatly appreciate, I was shocked that when it came time to pay the service advisor Kim Riley asked me for my card and tapped it for me. I didn't want the funds to come out of the account she tapped for. While its no big deal" to go transfer funds myself

Ordered tires and rims waited more than 1 week for them to come in and scheduled an appointment for installation. When I arrived I waited one hour for service. Was then advised that they did not have the rims I had been told had arrived. They could not contact the supplier to get more so told to go home and they will call when they get them. I have little confidence in this as we just went through this. Now have to drive through the snow and ice for how long??? They did not do their job, and have not offered anything for my trouble.

I had the pleasure of working with Haugh Tirecraft Exeter and their service was nothing short of spectacular. Having popped a tire and needing immediate replacement - I called them after countless Facebook marketplace and Kijiji interactions. They helped me to find tires within my budget immediately. When installing - they realized a rim of mine had been illegally repaired and were unable to complete the install. Instead of sending me on my way - they contacted scrap yards in london until they could locate a rim that matched the ones currently on my car. They had an employee pick it up and finished my new tire install the very next day.No “sorry, we can’t do this” or “you’ll need to find a rim” - a simple “here’s how we can help”. To someone with a busy schedule and little to no knowledge in the mechanical industry - I was - and will be - forever grateful for their service. If you need something done right - and done honestly - these are your guys!Thank you Tirecraft - You’ve gained another faithful customer!
