Terrible serviceI have been western union atleast 50 times never got this issue . They find a issue with my name. They never tried to fix that up. Then I fix that up from my end through my app and i show her the email with my name updated and the issue was just the last name was placed on my middle name but she was not trying to do that and just said I can’t.I was having emergency but i came back as it is.That was a philipn lady and I would suggest never to go there maybe try other location.

I have been there few times and their customer service is just terrible. Not being racist or anything but here is how it goes, the Filipino customer service girls are extremely rude. They don't answer your questions properly and never smile. They only smile when they are taking among themselves and then turn to the customer with the most unwelcoming attitude. Always trying to rush and kick the customer out of the door. However, there are two Indian guys there and they are the best! They have a very nice attitude. The women there should learn a thing or two from those guys!! Show some respect to the customers who are able to provide this job to you; that's all I ask.
