Michael is simply at the top of his game! His skill, anatomical knowledge, and genuine compassion has recently played an instrumental role in my recovery from chronic pain. He has such a calm and friendly demeanor as well - always giving me the time to get changed and discuss which areas need the most work without ever feeling rushed. Can't praise Shift Massage & Wellness enough. :)

I cannot recommend Michael enough. I just told several of my friends about him after getting the most relaxing and healing massage today. Michael is very informative, welcoming, and easy to chat with. I didn't realize just how many problem areas I had across my back, neck, and shoulders, and he found them all. I feel like I ascended. I even forgot I had arms at one point. If you're looking for an RMT in Hamilton, Michael would be THE person to go to.

Very happy to of stumbled across Shift Massage and Wellness! Had to give Michael a try after reading his many positive reviews and all I can say is he sure did not disappoint!! Thoroughly enjoyed my massage from start to finish and his demeanour is very friendly and relaxing. Was not totally sure what to expect as far as the parking situation goes so I gave myself extra time to get there and it was not even an issue at all. When it came to the actual massage I find it’s not always easy to articulate how you would like a massage to be done but his execution is quite flawless. Really hit all the spots on my back that desperately needed to be massaged and I didn’t even have to say more then the basics of what was causing my back pain. He also takes direct billing which is an added bonus. The studio is very professional and calming, better than going to a big chain I would say. I’m already looking forward to another session and I definitely know where I’m going to book!

Great massage! It was wonderful to get the right pressure on a areas that needed attention. I sit and work long hours, and it instantly relaxed my shoulder tension and pain.5 stars all the way!!

Michael is a fantastic massage therapist. He helps relieve aches and pains which provides great stress relief. The room was also quiet and soothing which created a relaxing experience. Will definitely be making another appointment.

Always such an enjoyable experience and I leave feeling rejuvenated. Michael is highly skilled and is able to identify and work through all pain and tension points.

Haven't had a massage since before the pandemic. Came here and I have to say it was fantastic. Michae; knows what he is doing. He took his time to listen to my needs and worked on the muscles that give me issues. Will be going back on a regular basis. HIGHLY recommend.
