Stay clear of this one. I've used 3 house lawyers before and Brian is definitely the worst. Don't expect good timing on him getting back to you or fighting for you in anyway. He is the definition of a coward.So we moved into a place where the pool heater didn't work and it was stated clearly and signed by previous home owners that all pool equipment was in working order. You can't even have a home inspector walk through or else your proposal would be thrown out the window and we didn't know a lot about pools. So it cost close to $1500 to fix and when we needed help getting that money, Brian is nowhere to be found and just wants to do paperwork, where as the other lawyer was fighting tooth and nail. We had to go out and get a paralegal which Brian couldn't even suggest one.If you want paperwork signed and there's no issues Brian (writes in pensil) can do that but if you need a good lawyer that will have your back and fight for you......stay clear of this one. I know lazy people and he's one of them.Hope this helps anyone out there and hopefully this can prevent you from having to go through what we did. Take care everyone.
