After an eventful storm the night before our wedding day.. we no longer had a tent. A 9pm phone call to Zach, our wedding day was back on! Zach and his team arrived extra early, having the tent up in time for us to decorate before the ceremony. They also helped us move in tables, set up lights, you name it.. they were there. I cannot tell you the amount of stress that they relieved on our wedding day, and we owe them so many thank you’s. If you are considering a tent for your upcoming event, please choose encore tents. It will be the best decision you will ever make!

The perfect vendor to help me plan a surprise 50th Birthday Bash for a guy who finds out (and organizes) everything! Amy's expertise made choosing what was needed so stress free; her patience and guidance over the Many Months of planning was truly appreciated. Ryan and his team were incredible. Set up was professional and thoughtful as was take down. The equipment itself was great quality and I loved the all in one" aspect. Next party planned for 5 years from now and I will definitely be contacting Encore Tents again!"

Wedding was July 16,2022Encore was amazing to work with for our wedding. Everything was beautiful, set up promptly and also picked up promptly. Showroom was very helpful to see everything in person, and Amy was also wonderful deal with in the office.We rented all of our dishes cutlery, tent a tables and chairs. Everything was perfect and in beautiful condition. Would recommend to anyone needing rentals!!!

Extremely professional and reliable. It was a pleasure to work with Encore for our wedding! There is a lot of variety in rentals which helped us create the look we wanted. They delivered and set up the tent (chairs, etc.) quickly and respected our venue space when driving up. The clean up/take down was quick - we were definitely impressed with their service! Amy was a big help for us during the planning process, she was happy to answer our questions and give us advice when needed. She was friendly and sincere. When we encountered an issue with the microphone and speaker the morning of our wedding, they came to the venue right away (at 6:30am!) to remedy the issue and left us with a back up speaker system in case another issue arose! We were extremely impressed by their speed and reliability! We highly recommend them for any special occasion.

Planning a wedding during a pandemic is a nightmare but even though we had to cancel in 2020 a week before the wedding Encore was amazing about it and let us rebook for the next year.The set up and take down was smooth, the decor was awesome. The linens were clean, pressed and perfect. They were very accommodating with our last minute changes and additions.The showroom is great, so helpful for picking out decor. I would highly recommend Encore for your next event.

We had a wedding on June 25th of 2022 with the 30'x60' tent, tables, chairs, linens, bar and lighting rented from Encore. The items we rented were all wonderful, worked well, looked nice and clean and were a big hit with our guests, especially their harvest" style tables. Although the items were great
