Sherry was very polite, professional and a dream to deal with. Answered all my questions promptly and was courteous to both myself and a caller who phoned while she was dealing with me. Better conversion rate on Stirling than the bank and can get it way faster as well. I will definitely be back the next time I need foreign currency for traveling.

Phenomenal experience by far in comparison to most other experiences elsewhere and I'd like to say thank you!I had to drop my son off back home inching closer to the end of our weekly visit and I had to feed him dinner with no money in my wallet aside from a couple of cheques - it was about 10 to 6 (close) and two other people were ahead of me, so you can imagine my anxiety as I waited with dread that she would turn me away when it came to my turn. Despite having a calm, professional, patient and kind demeanor, someone who is familiar with how tired feels being a mom of 2 boys - can see the tired in someone else after a long day at work. However, by the time it was my turn she didn't even bat an eyelash and courteously tended to my requests without the slightest hint of complaint - going above and beyond by being seemingly, refreshingly genuinely interested in the few personal details I shared in relevance to the encounter.By far the easiest time I've ever had in one of these establishments - with a refreshing kindness that should come naturally for far more people. Beautiful soul inside and out!

Laura and Becca are always fantastic. Sometimes there are long waits because the computers are slow, but they fill in the gaps with great conversation.
