Don’t shop here. The manager Tammy is super rude and harasses folks. The owner should seriously look into hiring someone different to represent their company.

I have NEVER experienced anything even close to rude from anyone at this Rexall. I shop at this rexall a lot. Haley is an exceptional cashier and goes out of her way to help customers. The prices can be high, you wont have to wait long as the sales are wonderful. The bewell card is worth getting I have redemmed points for cash 2x. Cheapest place in town for milk, eggs, & cream.

Worst customer service ive ever seen, cashiers are poorly trained, manager tammy is openly rude to customers. If your in Chemainus go to Pharmasave folks.

Unwelcoming staff poor customer service, worst part is the manager Tami who is very judgmental and rude to POC/LGBT/alternative individuals. Would not go back unless you are an old white person. Do not come here unless you want to be harassed.

I like this Rexall, the cashiers are very helpful and friendly. But their website said they were going to be open until 8PM last night and they were not, went all the way down there and nobody was home. This drives me crazy! UPDATE your hours!

Excellent pharmacy and good prices on sale items. l find the cashiers usually are quite friendly and helpful also they have a wide variety of products

I like this place. The prices are high, but it is a tourist town. So I guess you pay for the convenience. Staff are helpful.

Horrible customer service. Poor cashier's aren't allowed to do anything without manager approval. Manager Tami is rude to customers and insults them, rules are different everytime I go about coupons and clearance items.

It's an awesome pharmacy located in a small town of Chemainus. They have a wide variety of products to choose from and for a small town pharmacy, this exceeded my expectation.

Ignore all the fake negative reviews from the LGBT community. These people are not really part of us. They are a selected few that give us a bad name. By posing as some of our members. The LGBT community is not in the practice of ganging up on a store or company or individual because one of our members had a disagreement with someone. We are not in the practice of boycotting someone because of a minor issue that has nothing to do with our sexual preferences or life style choices. These fake negative reviews are either from one person with several fake accounts or has a group of friends who are trying get revenge because one spoiled millennial did not get her way. It's the equivalent of holding your breath and stomping your feed. Very juvenile and silly. They are not even creative enough to change the reviews. It's like they all cut and pasted" the same review and changed the wording a bit."
