I have been seeing counselors since I was 15. I will be 50 years old next year and grateful to finally met Michael less than 2 months ago. Michael radiates a calming and positive energy that makes it clear from the beginning he is safe and trustworthy individual. While he is skilled and knowledgeable, he is also very gentle and kind which creates the space for exploration of one's own emotions. This is done in a way that engages one's emotional experiences by noticing the present physical one's, which allows for the exploration of past/present traumas to become much more approachable, and provides you with tools and resources that can help in the journey to understanding yourself. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Michael, he has inspired me to heighten my own understandings of myself and my emotions.
