Safe Haven Pet Rescue

These ladies work their arse off. But unfortunately they are closing down because it is a bit much as they are aging and have no extra helpi

They are so caring and kind. They truly care about their rescut cats! They found the perfect cat for me!

The place is over a hundred years old, without fresh air, due to lack of proper ventilation. The cats are totally loved and well cared for, which is what matters! They need a wealthy and caring benefactor to sponsor a new home for the kitties.

This place has been around forever so the building is quite old and the shelf can be hard to find. The shelter smells very bad but if you stay long enough you get used to it. The staff is very friendly and seem very on top of cleaning the cats cages and feeding the cats. They know all of their cats and who gets along with who. It is unfortunate that their space is so small but they make do and try their best to let the cats out of their cage for part of the day. They do have to cycle who gets out of their cages due to which cats get along. The washrooms are clean as well. The cats are well cared for and loved by staff and volunteers. Biggest draw back is the smell and size of the place. Also this is a no kill shelter, which means they keep their cats until the cats die on their own, which explain why the place is so Crow with cats.

They are beautiful cat's and Humans they helped me with my fur babies when I feel ill from the co-vid and could not work

This is the most dedicated and empathetic group of people I've ever met. The dogs and cats of the area are blessed by their tireless work in rescuing. The suffering and fear the animals were in, are replaced by hugs, warmth, and solid medical care.

Wonderful cats with great people making a difference. Their cats are loved and absolutely well cared for. They are in need of homes but they are not homeless. God bless you for all your hard work and kind hearts!!

This was the sketchiest place I've ever been. The cats are literally stacked on top of each other in cages, the piles are 3 cages high. The smell when opening the door was overwhelming, the conditions were filthy. I'm sure this organization is trying it's best, but I can't imagine that living in these conditions is of any benefit to the animals.

Very caring, great rescue for cats. Carolyn and Donna are fantastic people who are there for the animals and to give them the best homes possible.
