Whomever is in charge of driving their white truck needs to be more careful. The individual completely cut me off in the downtown core, driving recklessly with no regard for others.

We built a brand new home inner city, and Perfection Millwork was fantastic to deal with. From the first time we picked up the phone, to the last piece of trim that was installed, these guys are professionals. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.Special thanks to Joe and Leo! I called Perfection Millwork and was almost immediately turned down because the person on the phone assumed I was calling for a small project. When I mentioned it was for commercial he said I should have introduced myself properly. I am not an expert when it comes to woodworking so I was hoping this person would help me out a little and when I asked questions he really made me feel dumb and regardless of what I ever needed they were too busy to take on anything. Whoever I spoke to on Friday July 14th 2017 around 2pm gave one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I do not tend to write google reviews but from this experience I would caution anyone calling to be prepared for potential rude and arrogant customer service.

Very rude staff. Called them to get info and pricing on a large project and got shut down by ridiculously rude staff. Never calling them again.
