My husband and I just bought a used Mazda from Curtis at Harris Mazda, and he made it as fun and painless as buying a car could be. He was very charming and knowledgeable, and we have been very happy with the car we ended up with. The whole team at Mazda Harris was very transparent and organized. Definitely would recommend them!

If you need a car, you need to check out Harris Mazda. We started looking for a car there, and after looking around and browsing offers for weeks, we ended up right back there. Their sales associates are extremely helpful and patient. George and Curtis were very knowledgeable and helpful.Everyone was very friendly. The environment is bright, open and the music is not loud, plus there are usually places to park.They offer basic maintenance for one year with your purchase.

A special mention to Tom, Brent & Aaron in the service team for getting the wheel alignment done to the exact specifications I requested. They clearly care about customer satisfaction!

BIG Thank you to Leanne and Harris Mazda ! Bought 2019 Nissan Murano SL, bought over the phone as I was busy in person to come to the store and live in mainland Vancouver. It was hassle free with great service ! Unit was ready to go and clean when It pick up. Overall it was great experience , I would recommend anyone whether you are buying in person or over the phone. We had a wonderful experience buying are new car on Saturday! As soon as we stepped out onto the lot we were welcomed warmly and brought in to have a same day appointment with Dylan! He was so helpful and offered us lots of comforts such as coffee, tea and water. He helped us to find our dream car and was so kind and considerate of what we were looking for. Purchased a used Mazda6 from Harris Mazda in Nanaimo three weeks ago, a lot of inconsistencies with their overall service, not really expected with a manufacturer dealership who is representing the brand. Several items to point out:1.) The car is not fully detailed when they said it is, just a wash and vacuum at the very best. Swirl marks noticeable all over the car, many paint chip coverups discovered on the hood, roof, quarter panel, and trunk; a detailing shop would have done a cut polish and wax to buff/blend all these out. Also, I am still finding dirt and grime in the interior, such as the cup holder area, center console knob, door holders, etc.2.) Not all fluids are filled up, the engine oil is low despite a full inspection was done.3.) No service records were pulled nor provided, just the inspection report they did and Carfax report. Interestingly enough, another Mazda dealership in lower mainland was able to pull service records by running the VIN #. So why did this dealership not do that?4.) Rear passenger trunk light assembly has condensation. Salesperson said that is just from the detailing wash which will go away. Sadly, the condensation is still there to this day. Mazda dealership in lower mainland informed this light assembly should be replaced.5.) Driver side rear seat does not fold down, not disclosed by the Salesperson nor flagged on the inspection report.6.) Front passenger fender under panel has a plastic trim that is bent. This was not disclosed, and no solution was offered by the Salesperson when it was pointed out on the spot.7.) Interior plastic handle piece to close the trunk is just loosely lying in the trunk uninstalled. Why is this missed when a full inspection was run, and a detailing" was done?8.) There were two accidents with this car

Definitely did not go the extra mile. After a handful of stress-filled and awkward visits, the car they sold me was not completely road safe. Despite the reassurance that it had been inspected to their amazing standards (blah blah), the wheel was shaking when the brake was applied at higher speeds. After finding this out, they continued to add the stress and were not attentive to the problem. In the end it was fixed, but not without me having to go a couple more days of being toyed around. The car itself had random paint marks on the exterior and the interior detailing job was poorly done. Both issues could have been easily solved pre-sale. I’m praying my car has no further issues and I deeply regret my decision to give my business to this establishment. That being said, I would have not done so if my car was not already valued for a trade. The stress left me vulnerable and I feel they took advantage! If you are looking to shop somewhere, with no hard questions asked, then do so here. My questions were met with sass and belittling, so far as getting an unwanted and unnecessary lesson on the basics of car insurance. Also, when I asked if I could still have the gas card that you receive from coming online, the response was no… I’ve already done too much. The too much was using my trade-in as a portion of a down payment so there wasn’t really anything they did that was above and beyond. Just beware of anything that doesn’t feel right while car shopping here.
