I have worked in the service trades for 15 years. I am a plumber myself and know how important it is to give good quality service to your customers. This company has gone above and beyond for me in the last 6 weeks twice. Yesterday was exceptionally special. We had a power outage and our 3 phase equipment wasn’t working right on our back up generator. Scott came out right away to help me out. And on foot! Our rd was closed about a mile from the camp from a downed tree over the power lines and he couldn’t get his truck through so he walked the rest of the way in the rain and snow to help me get my sewage pumps running properly. Scott saved me from literally having to deal with Pooh. Thank you Scott. You’re an asset to this company. I’ll be calling for all my electrical service needs.

I had been waiting on another company to come and service my generator. After 9 weeks of waiting on them, I finally got advice to call McMorran instead and they had someone out to my place the next day to take care of it. We will be using them again for sure, nice to feel valued as a customer for once.
