Store at 240 Nebo rd Hamilton shows closing at 5pm on Google. Went by the store after driving from Toronto to pickup a hot water tank at 4pm on Dec.15/2021 and the door was closed. You gave an after hour phone number to leave a message and up to the time writing my complaint Dec.15/2021 no one as return my call
