Never going back! He's the worst does not do good work at all. And he chipped my tooth!

The experience at this dentist’s office was so bad, that’s it’s unbelievable! I arrived at the dentist’s office for a cleaning. I was asked to pay right away by the receptionist which I did. After waiting for 20 mins the hygienist asked the receptionist if she had given me a form that needed filling up. Which she hadn’t . So i filled up the form and went in. Due to previous condition, I was told the cleaning couldn’t be done because I might need antibiotics ( something that could’ve been figured out had I been given the form to fill up originally) . Since they could not render me their services ( due to need of antibiotics) a refund needed to be issued . The receptionist got frazzled because she didn’t know how to make a return ( yea she only knows how to take money - even before the work is done - but has no idea on how to issue a refund ). She told me to go back home and she would call me later when she would have figured how to issue the refund . I told her I couldn’t come back and so agreed to wait for Dr.Katz to come into the office and help issue the refund. So I waited patiently for another 25 mins. After which I politely asked the receptionist if she could call the Dr. and see when he would be back. She snapped at that point . She said to me “ relax madame, I told you he is on his way - you are giving me a headache .” Her tone was extremely rude and insolent . Her incompetence and lack of professionalism was really not my problem . That too if I’m sitting patiently for 30 mins for a refund and asked her politely. I told her she couldn’t talk to me like that as I was a client . To which she had the nerve to say “ what client you haven’t been back since 2017!” I told her I didn’t come back since 2017 because last time too she had been rude but I didn’t make a complaint at that time and just quietly went to another dentist . She said she didn’t need my business because they have 10k in clients already - so whether they got my business or not was not of great importance. The Dr. eventually arrived and instead of trying to make the situation better- basically took her side and said “ well it is true we have 10K in clients because we’ve never had a complaint before .” This is a false statement because the hygienist said on a few occasions that this woman is rude but there’s nothing to do as she is nearing retirement and just to ignore her attitude.HOW pathetic! This place only knows how to take your money and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! I would give below 1 star if I could ! Never going back .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Resulted in a nightmare situation!!!!! As they say… you get what you pay for. I had seen Dr Katz for a few cleanings and everything was fine At First. This quickly turned into a hellish scenario. It started with him fixing a simple cavity. I left feeling fine and happy with the price. Only 2 days later my mouth was killing me so I went for a second option. The new dentist was horrified with how my tooth had been patched up. Asked me if a student had done this job. Dr Katz had shaved off way too much of my tooth and hadn’t reached the root of my cavity so it all had to be redone. This resulted in a much more expensive fix. When I contacted Dr Katz, he told me, it wasn’t his problem and that there were no refunds. Lesson learnt, cheap dentist will result in cheap results. I will NEVER be returning here again. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!

Been going to Dr. Katz for over 25 years, always a great service. Their customer care team is top notch as well. Nothing but great things to say about my vast experiences.
