Poor quality of care. My Vizsla got a laceration on his paw June 3rd. Their after hours service was absolutely no help. Had an appointment on June 10th for surgery to close the wound. 2 sutures at the base of the wound and $700 later we are told to come back in 10 days. After 10 days the wound has not healed properly, wound is still open at the top of the wound where they did not put a suture. Another surgery and another $700 later we still have no end in sight. I believe they genuinely want to care for animals, but the quality of care is quite poor. Will unfortunately be looking for a new vet as I can not trust my dogs well being with them anymore.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Our pup actually LOVES going to the vet. Why? Because they're so amazing with him! He thinks it's playtime, but really, they're examining him. They take the time to get to know his personality--he's not just another patient.We've met both vets and several of the vet techs, as well as the front desk staff. Everyone is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and welcoming.Some people say it's pricier than other vets in the area, but I've worked it out and there's really not much of a difference. Even if there was, I wouldn't care—because they're really that much better. You will love this office, and so will your fur baby! :)

Our family was on vacation near Kincardine when our 16 year old yellow lab Rocky started to quickly fail. Queen Street Veterinary Services quickly accommodated us to see Rocky. It was apparent that he had suffered a massive stroke and that it was his time. Both the Technician and the Veterinarian made Rocky and our whole family very comfortable and helped us all through his last moments with us. We can't thank them enough for their caring and compassion. I could not think of a better place to bring your pet for care for all stages of their life. The Rayner Family - Guelph.

I recommend this clinic wholeheartedly. Dr White is my dog's vet and Dr Kennedy is my cat's vet. Both my dog and cat had a medical issue and I brought them to 3 separate vets each and left each appointment unsatisfied with no answers and ineffective treatment. I then brought them to the Queen Street veterinary clinic and they found the cause almost immediately and treated them. I thought it was amazing to finally have their medical issues resolved! I will forever go to this clinic for my animals.

Dr. Heather and all the staff at Queen Street Vet are second to none. Our black lab Daisy loves going there, even to get her nails trimmed - and the staff treats her like the princess she is. They suggested that Daisy would be suitable for therapy dog work and here we are a year and a half later working at a retirement home and loving it. Our girl is cared for as if is she was their own and we couldn't be happier with the treatment we receive. As well, the end of life care our other animals received was done with empathy, compassion, and love. Thank you Queen St Vet Services!

The entire crew at Queen Street Veterinary Services is friendly , courteous, patient, kind and knowledgeable. My pets have received excellent care. Urgent needs are met immediately The boys and I all say a great big thanks.

We have had 2 after hours emergency visits over the last year. so pleased with the care and attention given to our furry friends. Thank you Dr. Meg (Boots) and Dr. Heather (Sparky) for coming to our rescue and for your excellent treatment .We had to make the decision to euthanize our feline, Lucky, this past Saturday. He was very ill from kidney disease. Dr. Heather was kind, compassionate and let us know we could spend as much time with him before and after. He was covered with a soft blanket, gently sedated. We stayed by his side stroking him until the final injection. It never gets easy but we couldn't leave him to die without us. Thank you, Dr. Heather!

Wanted to thank Dr Heather and her entire staff for all the years of amazing service and care. From regular care to the emergency weekend and after-hours calls, we always knew we were in the hands of the best. There is no way I can truly state how comforting it was to have them helping us through the hardest decision we all come to, with genuine grace and compassion.From puppy to end of life and all the points in between we appreciate you all and cannot recommend you enough. Every time we have been at the clinic for my daughter's dog we have been met by attentive and more importantly animal loving staff. We have received the very best care! This is from everyone from the counter just to buy food to Heather our vet! Five Stars Plus

I am so grateful to Dr. Heather and her staff for providing me and my four legged children with exceptional service for over 10 years. Dr. Heather and her staff treat all patients and family with the utmost kindness, compassion and respect. They will discuss all treatment options and help you find what is right for your pet and family. They have laughed and cried with us and have cared for our beloved friends from puppyhood through old age and have helped our children cope with our beloved pets final days. Not to mention that Dr. Heather obviously treats her employees well and it is nice to see a local business with such low turnover. All staff are extremely knowledgeable, happy and caring. I would never take my pets anywhere else!
