Perfectly located, very close to the ferry terminal and bus stop. Friendly and Informative staff and owner. Cosy environment and the for sale available paintings in the cafe make it very relaxing to stay and enjoy the tea , coffee or shake. Loved my matcha smoothy and strawberry tea latte. The mugs and flesk are great last-minute gifts,too.

Got a really weird vibe here. The barista guy kinda yelled at me when I asked about but coffee and the blueberry scone was gross. I tried to return it but the cashier said it was fresh. Realized there is a Sbucks around the corner. Went there and got some friendly service and decent food. Won't return to blenz

Great location and service is friendly but the food is really bad. Like a lot of people I’m often in HS with only a few minutes to spare, and I need a quick snack. I keep trying Blenz foods and every time it’s stale and inedible.

I went to grab coffee and chocolate with my family and joined a couple of tables so we could sit all together. The Spanish speaking guy that attended us was very nice. But when we were leaving, one massive white girl at the cashier yelled at us asking us to put back the tables on their original place. We tried putting the tables back to their place but she didn’t like it and went towards the tables and chairs and aggressively moved them. I was scared she was going to hit us or something, I’ve never seen before someone at Blenz behave that rude and aggressive towards a customer. Never coming back.

I have never actually been to this location but I just had to leave a review to tell everyone how awesome Hugo is!! I work at a dental office and one of our patients forgot their wallet at this Blenz location. Hugo found our card, called and let me know what was going on, and I was able to contact the patient to let them know where their wallet was. Above and beyond customer service and it's nice to know that this world still has some shred of human decency. Thank you, Hugo!

Tried to get a hot chocolate at our favourite spot. Arrived 25 mins before closing and was told no after lining up and the lady in front being able to order.They locked the doors and James kicked everyone out 15 mins before they close. Awful place

Nice spot to grab a coffee while waiting for the ferry. The cappuccino was great and generously sized. Nice view of the harbor and the service was efficient and friendly.

Bought a dark roast coffee and it tasted delicious! But the barista forgot to tell me coffee has caffeine in it so I didn't sleep that night. Spanish speaking gentleman was very handsome!

This coffee shop has friendly, hard-working staff however it uses disposable cups exclusively. This is very disappointing. Blenz, I encourage you to consider how you can be a business that contributes to supporting environmental concerns by not contributing excessive waste to landfills. Do the right thing! Potential clients, consider boycotting businesses like this that refuse to change. Just walk out!
