Garbage customer service. They don’t really care about client. Estimated billing and meter reading for over 12 months. Idk did they really have hired technicians to install the meter? You never want to use their service. It’s like a trouble making company.

Condo under Duka Property Management has made a switch to ND Energy (wonder why?). As some customers have stated, we didn't see any reduction in utility bill and sub-par account portal/payment options.

No bill payment allowed through banks. Charges fee for credit card payment. Energy bills higher after enrolling into this company.

Awful. $19.50 admin charge every bill is STEEP and company provides an unclear bill. Very unethical.

The worst scamming company with provident . They are overcharging people for consumptions that we did not even use /consume . Received an invoice of 125 a mont and I actually was away for 3 weeks during that month . Stop scamming people

Disappointed and not surprised to see other mentions of DUKA MANAGEMENT forcing the switch to this garbage company. Doesn't answer calls, poor payment options, UNAVOIDABLE ADMIN FEES, and as others have said - wrong estimates. This company and Duka Management should be ashamed of themselves. Doesn't deserve a single star.

This is the worst company I have ever been forced to deal with, thanks to Duka condo management. I wish this company on no one. I am sick to my stomach with this company.

worst company ever. we were forced to switch to this company and don't see how it saves our energy bills as Duka Management advertised. they charge $19.50 “Administration fees on each bill and what is that? NO explanation on how each bill is "estimated" for over a year. Never there is an actual meter reading on the bill.also this company seems like newly formed and there are always mistakes. Just to name one
