Didn’t want to sell us icecap and donuts. She said the machine was broken and that she didn’t have any donuts or Timbits. But the customer after us got icecap and no donuts. When I went in front there was a lot of donuts and timbits. I checked with one of the customer and he was mad that she was rude and that she couldn’t get the order properly, he also mentioned it’s the worst Tim Hortons.

I had double2x coffee, chocolate donut, bagel with cream cheese and tea. Its good the bagel but i would have love it if it was toasted a bit more. The place is quiet and not too busy.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED. We went through the drive through and this lady in front of us was there to return donuts. She left and we ordered donuts, I am pretty sure they sold us the donuts the lady in front of us returned. We ordered half a dozen mixed donuts, but when we opened the box, they were all basically the same flavour. We got it in the same size box as the one that had been returned, when they have boxes for six. AND there were fingerprints on the donuts and they seem to be tampered with and damaged. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Like the new upgrades and food is good. I understand we are in a workforce shortage but that is the only thing that they can improve on. Current staff is great though

Drive through person did not understand what I was saying in English. When I reached window they accepted payment and i was left to wait. There was no one at the window. When I received my order two items were missing. Of the items i did receive, wrap looked like it was prepared by a moose. Lettuce was in the bag instead of in my wrap. Chicken was just one tiny piece. I had to walk back to window and stand there while cars were passing by. Absolutely chaotic. Note to management: change your staff. Put people with integrity and minimum human IQ at work.

Several incidents for my bad experiences on this Tim Hortons:1. Dine-in is closed 4pm on a monday.2. Ordered grilled cheese without the cheese being melted, bread was barely toasted.3. Ordered iced coffee, it was watered down.4. Supervisor was yelling and being disrespectful to her employees.

I’ve been going every morning for over a year now and this morning was my last! Coffee’s are hardly ever stirred and several times I get a mouth full of coffee grains at the bottom. Also few weeks back I ordered breakfast sandwiches for my family and several of them had pieces of eggshells in them. I’ve contacted Tim Hortons head office but it does not seem to be a priority. So good bye Tim Hortons!

Says open on google until midnight. Drive fifteen minutes to find it closed at ten. Two guys inside, people at the drive through, no response. So FU Tim Horton.

Depending on the day and time the donuts can be a bit stale , though they have a wide selection.The staff was polite and quick they handled complex orders well . There's decent sitting space and parking. Overall a good tims .
