Had a wonderful experience with pharmacist Nour- as always!!! She is so kind, patient, and helpful. Not like typical healthcare workers who rush you, she really takes her time to personalize your experience. She was even willing to give me a callback after personally taking the time to review medical information that i sent her, in order to provide me with advice and answers for my questions. Thanks Nour for all of your help!

Went in for an injection yesterday because I got a phone call that both of my vials were in (great!), asked if I had to book an appointment, they said no I could just walk in, confirmed that along with the time I could do that over the phone they said I could walk in anytime (absolutely amazing!). So I show up for the time I confirmed on the phone to find out they only have one of my vials (that’s fine I guess, I’ll come back for the other one another time) and they also don’t have someone who can do my injection, they said “you should’ve booked an appointment”. Fine, I go home and book an appointment for 4 the next day they confirm that that’s perfect and they’ll be able to give me my injection that day when I walk in. So I come in at that time today “oh no we can’t do that now we’re busy” so I ask when they can they reply “15-20 mins” (the one girls condescending attitude was absolutely uncalled for and genuinely shocking in a customer service job). Anyways 1 hour goes by and she hasn’t even called the person she said needed to come in, my time has been wasted, I’ve been lied to, and they’re still treating me like I’m absolutely crazy. I have not left yet or received my injection and they continue to tell me 5 more minutes. This has been the most frustrating experience of my lifetime I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

What a wonderful experience with the pharmacist today. I was able to get a prescription over the phone under the new program that allows pharmacists to prescribe.Nour was so kind and caring, she really took her time with me and helped me get the care I needed quickly. She even said she’d call me in a week to see how I was feeling. Incredible service and compassion.Thank you so much!

Nour Al Maghazachi Is the best pharmacist. She is very clear and knowledgeable, easy to talk to. She explained everything to me and my mom about my brother pills. And she is super helpful. I definitely recommend anyone going to that pharmacy to always ask for her. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful experience yesterday with pharmacy assistant Fortuna Goitom. Thanks to her I found out my prescription was covered as she was kind enough to check my insurance once she realized I was paying out of pocket. I appreciate her taking the time to ask and for being so helpful!

I had a fantastic experience at Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy! The pharmacist was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, providing me with excellent advice and treatment. The pharmacy was clean and well-organized, and the staff were all professional and courteous. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in need of excellent service and care!

My 5 stars are based solely off of my experience today with Christine. I have never received such excellent customer service, and honesty from a representative like I did today. Christine was honest about my prescription wait time, and went above and beyond with helping me and my new benefits plan. Thanks to all of the help from Christine, I was able to get all issues sorted out in a timely manner. She deserves a raise!!

This is our home pharmacy and today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Johar, one of the pharmacists. He was lovely and helpful and comprehensive in his assessment of my issue to provide me with the best possible prescription for my needs. Overall, the staff at this location do their best to provide prescriptions in a timely manner. I've even had the staff follow up with me by phone to see how a prescription was working out for my son!

Life is busy, I get it, so I want to give a huge thank you to Nour Al Maghazachi, Pharmacist and Noor, Pharmacist Assistant at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Sunrise Centre in Kitchener, ON for their exceptional customer service today. These ladies could easily write a training program for other businesses to use when hiring and training new employees on How to Provide a Friendly

Worst Pharmacy staff here. No one cares and they aren't personable at all. I'm always waiting for my prescriptions and there is always a mix up. Looking to switch to more suitable Pharmacist. I'm never happy with any of my experience with Pharmacy staff.
