Love this spot - my only negatives are that it's cash only, and everytime we come here my kid takes home a nasty gastric bug or cold, even if he doesn't interact with other kids.Staff are very friendly and there's tons for kids of all ages.

My grandson loved all the stuff to play on & play with! Very clean, too! Staff are really friendly!

The staff is wonderful with the kids, always helping, cleaning and coming over to chat and make the kids smile. Ive taken my son there 4 times now and each time has been a great experience:)

I am very disappointed with the experience we had at Roos today. We always supported their business pre-covid and always had wonderful service but they have gone absolutely bonkers with Covid restrictions. They are discriminatory against medical exemptions. They would not allow my children to wear a face shield as opposed to a mask which they had allowed multiple times previously. Not sure how a business who supposedly cares about children is so adamant on enforcing the restriction of their airways while physically exerting themselves. My children are currently breathing in the fresh air at the park and we will never support this business again after the way we were treated. They should be ashamed of themselves. One employee in particular proceeded to tell me that she didn't agree with what we" were doing to them! What? Voicing my opinion and concerns? Sorry if you can't handle opposing views but I have every right to disagree. I understand you have rules and policies to follow but when it interferes with the health of children

We just hosted my son's birthday party there and it was a huge hit. The team at Roos was really friendly and attentive. My son had a wonderful time with his friends.Thank you, we will be back

Great fun for kids!Added many new toys .Really packed with games ,toys and and nice merchandise .

Awesome. Lots of fun for all ages - toddlers, children, youth, and even the grown-ups too. Indoor playground, ropes course, baby/toddler play space, peddle cart track, arcade, lazer tag, themed escape room (currently dinosaur theme), and more. Canteen and washrooms on site. Pently of tables and chairs, located in the middle of the play area - so it's easy to keep an eye on the kids. Highchairs available. Very clean. Playground area is supervised by staff.

My kids love Roo's. They have a good amount of play areas/structures for the kids to be kept entertained.They offer a daycare service for up to 2 hours I believe, for a very reasonable price.There is a very small arcade/games section.I have yet to go in, but there is a section for laser tag.Roo's also does birthday parties.The only stipulation is that you can't leave the property if they are babysitting.The next closet place is in New Minas and that's mainly for moms and babies, in my opinion.
