Very professional, extremely thorough, great communication. Patrice Lagacé was very friendly, great guy, took the time to explain what he was checking and why. It was my first time inspecting a house and I will for sure be calling them back for other inspections.

Michel Angelo is one of the best inspectors you could get for the money you pay. This is the second time I have hired him and, similar to the first time, I am extremely pleased with his services. He is punctual, arrived before the appointment to the house and was extremely transparent with everything he said. I am still learning French and he was aware of it. Even when the owners of the potential houses we wanted to buy spoke to him in French, he would assure that I understand what was said. He Inspected the houses I was looking into in detail and delivered excellent points on possible red flags. He is honest, respectful and very professional. He provided a detailed written report and recorded videos on every single aspect of the houses which I would use as my checklist. He is organized with his inspection and kept me aware of all the different points. He provided advises on the fly on maintenance and solutions for possible problems. Also, when he doesn’t know something, he says he doesn’t know instead of providing false information. I recommend him without a doubt and would definitely request their services once again.

Patrice has done a remarkable job. Its the third property he inspect for us and everytime he gave good advice, he's very professional, and very well articulated. I would definitely recommend for anyone buying a house.

We like to joke that Patrice was the true hero of our home-buying experience. He was incredibly thorough when inspecting a single family detached home, uncovering several surprises. He was thoughtful in how he engaged with the current owners, who were present throughout the inspection. He pointed us in the right direction as next steps, leaving us equipped to seek out further expertise as necessary, and even answered a follow-up call so we could bounce our ideas off of him as first-time home buyers to confirm that we were on the right track. Highly recommend getting an inspection done with Patrice Lagace. He came earlier than the appointment time to look at the surroundings and prepared a quick report to summarize his findings before the inspection even started! He was very thorough, concise and informative while still being nice and attentive to any questions we had. As soon as we let him know that we were first-time home buyers, he immediately started giving more in-depth information to help us.
