This group is amazing!! Close attention to detail, tips on styling, straight razor, eyebrow trim, and beard trim. They are also amazing with the young lads. Highly recommended!! Best barbers in town.

Even though I was atrociously late to my appointment, they were able to accommodate myself and my son. Our haircuts were amazing, just as we wanted. The atmosphere and decor is easy on the eyes, modern simplicity realness. Andrew advised me of what he thought best, and best it was. I requested a specific look and I think he nailed it. I’m very elated with my experience, and I know my son is as well. He has mild sensory sensitivity to stuff like hairdryers, and other loud noises. I was more anxious for sure, but he got through it totally fine! They use the latest and greatest in tools, so it’s definitely a step above for me personally. Kristyn was fabulous with him and ensured his comfort all the way through. A definite must visit, and we know exactly where we’re returning next time.

This establishment and its professional crew are a prime example of coining the phrase “you get what you pay for”. Friendly, welcoming and incredibly skilled. Such an amazing atmosphere. This isn’t your typical shop - this group takes pride in their craft. Glad to have found this gem of shop. Mike

I visited Wayward Barbershop for the first time after many years of feeling unsatisfied with my haircuts. Warren is extremely knowledgeable and clearly very talented. This Barbershop is a hidden gem amongst the dozens of shops across Barrie. If you want a barber that cares as much about your hair as you do, this is the place to go.

As someone who's never had a professional hair cut before I could not recomend Wayward more. The service was easily a 10/10. I was unsure of how I wanted my hair and Andrew was able to exsplain and show me how it would look good and even better than how I've always had my haircut and he was right!He made sure to exsplain what he was doing and made me feel like I was apart of the process. Aside from the killer haircut the entire vibe inside the shop is exsellent. Vintage yet new, Great music, very asteticly pleaseing. You can tell the 3 of them all click and have fun working together witch makes for an amazing experience that you walk away from with a premium feeling. They have definitely won over my buisness and I'd highly encourage anyone considering this place to go for them selves. The reviews don't lie.

Just stumbled onto this shop a week ago and glad I did. The space is great atmosphere and designed well. Andrew gave me a great uncut fade, super friendly and awesome guy. Being fairly new to the area, he suggested some great local restaurants to check out. Stoked I found the place for my regular cuts now

Wayward is elevating the barber experience in Central Ontario, period. The brand and business may be new, but don't let that fool you - the team is one of veterans.I first met Kristyn and Warren out of the first lock down, when I had the longest hair I had ever had and was entering a journey as an entrepreneur for the first time. That meant I had to put my face in front of a lot more people than I was used to. I had a reason to invest in making sure I looked my best.What I didn't expect? They made me FEEL my best as well.Previous to meeting the Wayward team, haircuts for me where a place where you got in and out as quick as you could, tried to get the look close to what you wanted, shrugged your shoulders, said close enough" and went about your month. You didn't think about it.Quickly after I started seeing Kristyn - the time spent with someone invested in making me look and feel my best became more and more valuable and relaxing. Not what I expected. I had never had a straight razor shave

Always a pleasure to visit Warren and team. Really like the new place, lots of plants, nicely decorated, good parking. Haircut was great. Sat with the new guy Matt, still in training but did a great job. Very happy with the cut and the atmosphere.

Haven't been to Barrie in some time a good friend recommended this spot. I went for the first time today and was blown away by the service and professionalism of the establishment. I had Andrew and he was nothing but professional the entire time. Excellent skillmanship in his craft very pleased with the result hot towel and complimentary beverage were a great touch. Will definitely come back again
