5 stars is not enough! As soon as you walk in this office you will get the most amazing friendly, service that your possible going to experience for the first time in any office. I’m 60 years old and I to have my own business. I believe a lot of professional business have lost their ability to make the client, or patient feel, important and very special.. it all starts with the first phone call to book with Dr Kersten. Upon arrival you will open the doors to the experience you probably will find no where else.I felt like I was in a Beverly Hills office, so beautifully designed. You then will be greeted by the two friendliest ladies with the biggest smiles. It was only minutes before I was brought in to see Dr Kersten. Then the buzz of happiness even gets better. His office organized and his staff are all busy working with their patients. It was so nice to be seated in what appeared to be the crystal room. Just enough vision to see his staff doing their passion. As I was waiting for the Dr, a young gentleman came around the corner and peeked in to say hi! So nice. Dr Kersten came in and well what can I say......... Just take my advice on this review and go experience it for yourself. Can’t give too much away on the Dr, you will have to experience that one to yourself. Highly recommend!! Can’t wait for my new Invisalign’s and new smile

Dr. Kersten and his team are fantastic! They are all so friendly and provide a high level of care. I never feel rushed when asking questions and they always ensure that I’m as comfortable as possible. I travel from out of town for my adjustments and they are incredibly accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Such a great team, the staff are friendly and helpful. Scheduling appointments was easy. Dr K is a great guy always witty and having a funny joke to tell. This is a way long overdue review. I could not recommend his office more. They provide great service and I'm incredibly in love with my teeth now. I got braces at age 35, which they definitely normalized and made me feel totally comfortable with. I am not sure how to word this but my teeth, while totally straight, are still 'unique'... they look very natural and not fake. I simultaneously had jaw surgery and he was meticulous at ensuring I had the best outcome from the combined procedure and braces. Dont hesitate to go here! Side note: totally worth getting braces at any age, no regrets!!!

The entire staff is wonderful! I actually refused to return to the first orthodontist we were referred to. I knew after our first consult that Dr. Kersten and his team would take good care of my daughter. By following his recommendations I saved money and saved my daughter from months of unnecessary pain and treatment. Now her teeth are gorgeous and we’re both thrilled. I highly recommend!

Dr Kersten is a fabulous orthodontist. I’ve worked in the dental field for 22 years and I would have no problems referring anyone to him. He is fabulous at his job and a super guy. His support staff is wonderful as well. Angela at the front desk is inviting and accommodating. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

Was recommended by an adult friend who just got her braces off and is thrilled with the results. I had my consultation and can’t wait to get started! Angela was friendly and informative and Dr Kersten seems very easy going and experienced. Looking forward to a long relationship as my kids will be patients following my treatment.

I cannot stress how refreshing it is to be dealing with a group of professionals who actually care about doing the right thing for the client and not padding the pocket book. I really love this team and would highly recommend them to anyone who has the need for improving their smile, confidence and health. Dr. Kersten is a person that restores your confidence in humanity in a time where it feels everyone is just out to make a buck at the cost of their patients...please don't ever change!

The clinical staff was lovely, very knowledgeable and kind to my daughter. Dr.Kersten and Lisa were very accommodating and provided a welcoming environment. The receptionists who checked us in were pleasant and polite. The one who gave us our next appointment on the way out could have made our experience 5 stars if she was more welcoming like the others. All in all a great experience and my daughter is very happy with her new set of braces. We look forward to completing the treatment so she can have a beautiful smile

Dr. Kersten is a wonderful orthodontist. I love coming in for visits. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. He did a great job on my braces and always made me feel super comfortable through the process. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not wearing my retainer after after a couple years, so I had to come back for another treatment. Dr. Kersten was very helpful with costs my second time around which was above and beyond for me. Dr. Goad did my second round of orthodontic work and he also did a absolutely amazing job! I am incredibly happy with my teeth now. Dr. Kersten & Dr. Goad are very lovely people. I feel like family at this office.☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars and beyond!
