Buyer beware! This company scams you!Samples in store look nothing like what they send you!They charged me without telling me all sales are final.I told the sales associate Abishek I did not what anything with red, and he sold me something with a very high chance of it coming in red (it was all red and looked nothing like what I ordered)He told me to order extra and what we didn't need we could return no problem, yet when we asked for a refund after the second style we ordered came in completely different as well, we were told no.He told us we could refund any extra boxes that we didn't open, yet can't return a product that looks nothing like what we ordered.He told us 100% once he spoke to his manager we would get our money refunded and that is not the case. So that was a lie!I could keep going on but honestly my husband already wasted hours in store trying to get this resolved with no solution, so now I have to open a credit card dispute. (They also had me sign something after I made the purchase saying I wouldn't dispute the charge, red flag, but I already paid at that point)So long story short, they have our $10,000 and we have no product and they will not refund our money.1st what we received, the 2nd is what we wanted

Amazing sales men Jay! I made a mistake while measuring my rooms and got 50% more than I needed However Jay Rai went an extra mile and refunded all the extra in no time. would definitely go back and buy more from him. highly recommend to see him at the store.

Recently bought vinyl flooring from here. They had a nice selection. And the salesman was very friendly and helpful (not pushy at all). We got a good price and after ordering it was just a few days untill it came in for pick up. Overall it was a good buying experience.

I recently checked out Hardwood Giant on South Service Rd in Stoney Creek as we prepared for a basement renovation. We were greeted by Jay who was very knowledgeable and helpful is answering all of our questions. The selection was amazing and after taking a few samples home we fell in love with the “Pearly” vinyl plank flooring. The price was so good we decided to get enough to place through our entire house within our budget! Basement looks amazing and can’t wait to see it through the rest of the house.
