First of all, the place is BEAUTIFUL! As soon as I walked in I started taking pictures. As a vegetarian, I will definitely be coming here again. My food tasted so fresh. One of the things I got was the hummus and pita. The hummus alone was so yummy and the presentation was so pretty. Unfortunately, I was so excited to eat that I dropped my main meal. When I went back in to place another order, they so kindly put it on the house. I was so grateful. I got the protein bowl and the flavors were amazing. Subtle, yet delicious. I visit Canada every year and I will definitely be coming back. May or may not come back tomorrow :)

This restaurant is amazing! From the delicious juices, to the amazing menu options and incredible service. Best spot in downtown Oakville! We had the heartbeet juice, and crispy cauliflower and it was amazing! Our server Jacob was so great and so pleasant and kind.

I have been a long time customer at fresh at their Toronto locations. When I found out they were opening closer to home I was so excited. I was not disappointed, the staff is amazing, the ambience is so relaxing and beautiful. All the servers were so kind and thoughtful. I definitely will be back ❤

everything about this place is fantastic! the staff is super friendly. we had christina as our server and she was so lovely. my mom and i both really enjoyed our buffalo wraps. our juice and appetizer came out a bit late, but they were so quick to apologize and kindly took both off of our bill! will definitely come here again - everything on their menu sounds amazing (it was hard to choose!).

I had a wonderful dining experience at Fresh, a fantastic plant-based restaurant.The menu offers a great variety of delicious vegan dishes, and the flavors were outstanding. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the overall experience delightful (shout out to Ben!).I highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch plant-based dining option.

I'm thrilled to see Fresh in Oakville. One of my favourite restaurants from Toronto. Having eaten at Fresh on Bloor many times, I had high expectations. Fresh on Lakeshore delivered! The food was delicious, and very consistent from my previous experiences at other locations. I highly recommend the Buffalo Cauliflower and BBQ Cauliflower!!! Our meals (9 layer burrito and Cheeseburger") were delicious and fresh! The inside of the restaurant has a great feel but we sat in the patio. The patio was very comfortable and had a great vibe. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. I will definitely be back soon!"

Fresh. All around amazing.A very welcome addition to the popular downtown oakville community. A great spot to eat, drink and spend time with friends or family. There is a patio out front and a beautiful 3 level restaurant decorated in a truly Fresh style.The food is hands down, so good. A vegetarian’s dream! (And their friends won’t even miss the meat) Do yourself a favour and get the dragon fries and/or broccoli, chef’s kiss. Smoothies, hello gorgeous and galaxy are a must.

So outstandingly happy that it’s here in Oakville now! This was one of my favourite spots when I lived in Toronto. This location delivered on all previous nostalgia and delight, and the ambiance is incredible. If you like nutritious, wonderful, healthy food that tastes incredible- this is THE spot for you!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fresh Kitchen and Bar in Oakville for lunch, and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the cozy and inviting atmosphere.Our server Krishna was very friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and even offering great recommendations from the menu.The combination of amazing food and outstanding service made this lunch one to remember. If you're in Oakville, do yourself a favor and check out Fresh Kitchen and Bar. You won't be disappointed!

The food was delicious and the service was prompt. Jacob was our server!Food - Had the Almond Butter French Toast and the Cauliflower Chipotle Tacos.- The French Toast is sweet and nutty; it can also be shared as it is rich!- The ratio of ingredients used with the taco was perfect as well, with the crunch as a bonus.The atmosphere was very welcoming and spacious. A great breakfast, brunch, or lunch spot!
