U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

The past few days have been nothing but frustration and exasperation regarding the U Haul company in general, and not any one dealer in particular. It's the busiest weekend of the year and phones are not being answered, or you get cut off while trying to access the right option. I would think you should be putting on extra staff during such a busy time. Next time around, I will explore alternative options. I'm just hoping that I get my truck for the time I reserved it. Unfortunately there is no way to connect with anyone from uHaul to get some questions answered.

I ordered a 15’ truck from this location to pick up a new roll of linoleum from a local retailer. When I got there a person from the oil change bay came out and told me I would need to wait until he was finished the oil change before he could help me. He then proceeded to finish that oil change and another one.When he finally did come to help me his internet was down and I had to wait for him to call someone and then reboot his system.When I returned the truck I had to wait again for him to come out from the oil change bay. He then just opened the door and told me he had no time and to leave the keys on the counter.The next day I got an e-mail of my invoice with a $25 cleaning charge. The truck was the same as I picked it up which spotless. How much dirt can a brand new roll of linoleum make.A very unprofessional Uhaul location and will not rent from there again.

I also rented a U-Haul truck when I moved to Kitchener and these guys were nice to receive for me and made my life so much easier. It was October 2014
