I can't speak about the vehicle yet, but they were really great, in terms of customer service and friendliness. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they answer the phone at any time during the day (and night) regarding issues and/or concerns that you may have. Finally, their technicians are also really helpful (and patient).

Good purchase on used car, great and fast customer service. Very happy they are bilingual, and family friendly. Definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I was looking to buy a car, one guy told me I can test drive then after the seller told me that HE WON’T let me test drive. He said that we only let the customers who want to buy for a test drive. After that I saw a guy driving up and didn’t buy a car. THEY are JUDGING people from they look. They lost a 7’000$ sell with me!

I looked at several dealerships, and I only felt comfortable buying the vehicle at Oto Crémazie. Mr. Mario served us very well, was extremely polite, attentive and patient, mainly because we are immigrants and because we do not know well the process of purchasing a vehicle in Canada. He didn't want to push us a depreciated car that would cause us problems in the future, unlike other dealerships we've visited. Besides him, everyone was very helpful and polite. I even ended up paying more money on the purchase and I didn't even notice, they called me informing and they returned the money. I was more than pleased to meet them.
