Problem was rectified by my local rep there is definitely pros and cons to every business but a pro is that they made things right.Absolutely terrible customer service, been trying since June to get in touch with the owner and it is now March and I have not heard anything back in response to my numerous messages. Unfortunately I own my equipment so am now stuck with stuff that is virtually useless without an owner that repoints the satellite. Or even as much as checks the usage to ensure we are getting a signal.
