Highly unprofessional attitude, and has no courtesy of how to deal with clients. Had a bad personal experience including being shouted upon for speaking in English.

Unprofessional owner (I am going to assume). Asked to get a quote on hemming curtains and was told (in English) that he does not speak English. Then he proceed to speak in a tone and say why I didn’t speak French and “this is Quebec not Ontario” and hung up.Great customer service. What a joke.

Sympathetic and straight forward man, 35 years of experience, who knows what he is doing. Better service than most businesses in the area. Prices are reasonable. I wanted to shorten and tighten 5 pairs of pants. He offered me a deal. I am very satisfied and would recommend his services to anybody.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Straight up unprofessional and yells at customers for speaking in English. If you cannot speak in English, just say it and hang up. You don’t yell at customers in English that they need to speak in French. He used the term “this is Quebec, not Ontario” and straight up rude! Learn to accept and live with all kinds of people rather than being a stuck up!“Don’t go here” - for all those non-French speaking friends out there!

Manque de respect total au téléphone, nous avons essayé de connaitre les prix pour les ourlets et il a refusé en demandant de nous présenter au magasin. Il s'est ensuite énervé au téléphone quand on lui a dit qu'on voulait connaitre les prix avant de se déplacer. Il nous a dit qu'il ne voulait pas «bargain» quand à aucune moment nous n'avons essayé de négocier en rajoutant qu'il avait des clients en or et qu'il n'avait pas besoin de nouveaux clients. Nous lui avons demandé de se calmer et il nous a raccroché au nez. Nous étions choqués. Mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande pas du tout !

Alfredo est sans doute l'un des meilleurs tailleurs à Montréal. Il fonctionne à l'italienne, il est franc et direct, il ne s'obstine pas, s'il pense que ça ne vaut pas le coût, il le dit et c'est ça.Il fait des merveilles, son travail est impeccable et je le recommande.
