We are so happy and appreciative for the services provided by Absolute Comfort Control Services. Our technicians Dustan,Cody, Rick, and Wally were very professional, polite, respectful and clean. They tackled a very hard job on a very hot day and finished the job in one day! Our AC is working and we can now be comfortable again in our home. I booked absolute to clean my ducts. From the moment Sean and Nathan showed up, they were amazing. They were professional, respectful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. They had to crawl under my house to access my duct work and they did a thorough, fantastic job. When they had to come into my house they always protected my floors by covering their shoes. Also! Absolute sends out profiles to your phone on the employees that are coming to your home. I’m a female living by myself, and honestly it was that little added touch that made me feel more comfortable. I would definitely use their services again.

John B. took the time to explain to me what my HVAC issue was, how it was caused, and how it's fixed. He was thorough, kind, polite, and didn't speak to me in a negative tone (an issue I've had with different service companies in the past). He also answered all of my questions regarding future care and repair. He offered to take a look at a past issue I asked him about as well, and explained to me how to fix it should the issue return.The woman at the office responded to my online service request form from the weekend shortly after they opened Monday, and sent John out that same day. I would definitely recommend ACCS - I now know why they're top rated!

Alec and Rick were a great team. They worked quickly and efficiently to get my air conditioner installed. They cleaned my space really well and installed the AC exactly as I had hoped. I appreciated Christine as well, who set everything up for me and the company for sending a detailed description and photos of the people coming to my home. Highly recommend.

Trevor and Cody came to install a furnace and heat pump at our house. They were both very professional and polite. I appreciated them thoroughly answering all of my questions. Also, they came on time and finished the job early!

Complete satisfaction; from the initial call to book an A/C inspection to the completed work. The technician, Jonathan, called 1/2 hour before the scheduled time to advise he could attend our home earlier, if convenient.Polite, affable & efficient, Jonathan completed the inspection without a sense of rushing, identified a failing part & suggested it be replaced. No pressure. He also went a step further to check our furnace serial number & model to see if it qualified for the extended Carrier warranty for the heat exchanger, at my request.As a result, we signed up for a fall furnace inspection, which we trust will be a satisfactory experience as well. Highly recommend this well run business.

End to end fantastic experience. The only part I did not enjoy was being without heat for four days due to my old unit retiring. Absolute customer service ten out of ten. Absolute installation team ten out of ten. Absolute after install care ten out of ten. I’m not sure if anything could be improved on during my experience. I would Absolutely recommend to any family and friends Absolute Comfort!

I was so impressed with the service. The company provides a bio of who is coming to your house, which more places should do. In the bio are things about the person (interests, hobbies), and our service person was a delight to interact with and chat about these things. They were able to come on the same day (air down during the heat), and fix it on spot. I can't say enough of how happy we were.
