The staff at Ward Funeral Homes in Woodbridge exude professionalism. From the first moment when i contacted them to arrange the funeral for my wife, they were polite, caring and patient. Most important of all they showed respect to my wife and all the guests that came to the service. The day of entombment was perfectly executed as was the assistance with the legal paperwork. i could not ask for more.

I have not experienced this level of service almost never, and definitely not in a while.Each staff member must've been hand-picked and trained by someone who would only hire the highest on the empathy chart members of society.The service was flawless, kind, attentive, giving, understanding, and utterly humane. If I could list every member I came in contact with over the 5 weeks I dealt with Ward (my parent was repatriated, and the process is 5 weeks ongoing), the list would be encompassing. However, the most outstanding fact is that each one of them gave the same excellent standard of service above the call of the job. Please know that your staff made this very hard time as soothing and gracious as possible anyone could. Thank you, each one of you. You are being remembered with gratitude.
