West Coast Salty Buns

The Bacos were unreal! Absolutely delicious. We got the pork ones as well as the shrimp, we both liked the pork the best but both were really good. Our son had the pollo burrito and loved it also.. and almost finished it all! It was huge. Will definitely be back before our trip is over.

After eating tacos and fish n chips for days, this was a refreshing change of pace. The Monster and the Sea bowl was fresh and deliciously balanced with its pickled onions and salsa. The bacos were also interesting and yummy too!

Delicious burritos and bacos! If you’re looking for a light snack, grab two or three bacos to get a taste off Chef Brandon’s creativity and pairing. If you’re hungry, grab one of their burritos. Smoked meat, veggie, everything in between. They are all pretty good.Insider tip: the portions of the burritos are substantial! If you’re in a group, cut them in half or mix and match between friends. Unfortunately, they are loaded so it’s difficult to split in more than two portions, but there is enough for two in every serving and the filling is, well, very filling!Quinoa inside makes for a great meal that provides energy for your outdoor adventures, but doesn’t sit like a brick in your stomach. Win-win!

Our family stopped for lunch on a sunny April day in Ucluelet. What an amazing find! The quality of the smoked meat is spectacular, and the steamed buns were superb. Highly recommend!

Just stopped here for a late lunch, we had a portion of Bacos and a Burrito which was one of the hugest we have ever seen! Amazing tasting food and great service. A proper hidden gem in Ucluet. No under cover seating so you'll need your car if its raining!

Brandon and his team are passionate about good food, and they definitely deliver on that!They catered our wedding in Tofino, and everyone was raving about how great it was. Best wedding food, and BBQ I’ve had in a long the. Brandon went out of his way to help with other planning details too, and was just a huge help and a great human being.I will be visiting the food truck again too when I’m back!

This place is a gem in Ucluelet . I had the monster bowl and my husband had the chadzilla burrito- both fantastic! Huge portions and delicious- highly recommend!! We will be back !

I got the Sockeye Salmon bowl and the salmon was good but the rest was way too acidic and I couldn't finish the last half of it. I mentioned it to the cook but he just said that it was lime juice and pickled vegetables and asked me what I had expected. My boyfriend had the same experience with his Monster bowl.
