I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION, ALTHOUGH QUITE A FEW HAVE HAD VERY BAD SERVICE.Beyond Disgraceful service!!!! I HATE Tim hortons!!!!!! Forced to use points or they would steal them. I order wedges. After they take my points I am told that there is only a few wedges left. I should have been given a doughnut or a sandwich!!!! I was told I have to wait 10 minutes. It took 15 Bloody minutes!!!!! Disgraceful service! Sadly Nothing new for Tim hortons. I will never go back!!!!! On top of that, when I get home and look, there is hardly any wedges in the dish. TIM HORTONS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Rude staff. Took my ordered , after 20’ got wrong sandwich . Reorder wrong again. While waiting let them counter was dirty, cigarette bud on it. While waiting for wrong order again . They never clean the counter. They offered me they will do my sandwich again, I couldn’t wait anymore, I asked for my money back, they refused to give me my money back “come back tomorrow “. I said no , asked for manager, “no manager on site”. Another customer got involved demanding them to give my money back. I did ask this gentleman not to get involved, he was very disappointed with the staff response. After 45’ in the store finally I got my money back, no apologies at all.Never going to this TIM HORTONS again.Train your staff properly, also teach them manners.

Got food diarrhea today after eating only Tim Hortons all day. The loaded wrap I wanted to return because of its poor quality in filling tasted off but the line was 15 mins to long to return it. The day before they were cleaning bugs out of the lights above were food was being made by blowing then off too the floor from the ceiling .. last time I eat from this location

Went inside to order and before I could even get to the counter to order I was stopped with a stern Our bathrooms are closed" not a hi or how can I help you but that?Definitely went somewhere else after that."

The rudest staff on April 2 2023 10:50 amBasically threw my order over the counter. Had some major attitude while taking order...they have locked the bathrooms all of them cause they don't want to clean them.... saw a family in panic and some dude who looked like the world had ended when she told him all bathrooms are out of order.The Quality Of Canadian Hospitality is gone.

The chicken soup was great. I got the dregs of the chili, hardly any filling of beans or meat. Won't be eating there again.

This Tim Hortons need to either properly train people on sandwich stations to properly make the sandwiches on the menu nothing worse then ordering you're favourite menu item and they have no idea that it is missing ingredients. Ive always suggested the sandwich building book step by step been blow up on a grid form spreadsheet right in front of the sandwich station starting from one of ur many breads,sauces,cheeses,meats.. that way i get my sandwich i ordered!!! Or atleast the bottom and tops placed on the sandwich correctly not that is happening… then again…

We ordered 2 hot drinks, 2 pasties, and 1 donut on April 16; 2:30 pm.She made it very clear she doesn’t care about her job at all. Brutal service.She gave us one pastry, 2 donuts and said “bye” before she even gave us our drinks.When the pastries did finally come, the cup was sticky everywhere and now my car and hands have sticky whip cream and coffee for the next 3 hours of driving.They didn’t warm up the pastries, so they were cold and stale.We had to remind her she forgot the other pastry and clearly she doesn’t care about her job because it was clearly a problem.When will this change? Just because you have the money to buy a franchise doesn’t mean you should. Clearly their leadership is just as good as the woman, as well as the franchise owners due to every review for them being brutal with pics and info to back it up.A real Canadian company being flushed down the drain by people with too much money that dont care at all about their business. Just need that $$$!!Look at all the reviews on here, that store should be embarrassed.We will now spend our money next door at Carls Jr instead of supporting people that are bothered by their own customers.

Very poor management. 3 young kids left alone to take care of the store and they were clearly struggling. 4 groups walked out before even ordering and 3 groups ahead of me had asked for refunds after waiting 45+ minutes to order and still hadn’t received their soupsThe bathroom keys were missing and the only adult aged worker had clocked out after working 9+ hours but there was nobody to replace him after he left. Really hoping someone came to help those kids because they were working super hard to keep the drive thru times down

Went through the drive-through, ordered to herb and garlic, cream cheese, bagels, and two sausage bagel belts. Both bagel belts came without tomato or lettuce. I want a full refund.
