Used Wellington North for tire purchases, repairs & storage when they were in Arthur. Enjoyed excellent service for several years. Was delighted to see them doing business in Fergus when I moved here 7 years ago. Since then I have used them exclusively for all my auto service. They have always been fairly priced, reliable & efficient. I highly recommend.

I had my winter tires put on and returned to get them torqued. The car had a broken hubcap from an earlier visit. Chris went out his way to help with a replacement from one they had in the shop. Much appreciated! Thank you!

used this company for years but unfortunately this will be our last. Gone is the small personal business service in is the new large we don't care attitude. It took some booking the appointment but as they had our tires we decided to keep the appointment but take the tires away with us. When we went to get the car the summer tires were staked round the back. We went round to get them., An employee came out we thought to help load the tires no! he got in a car and sat very impatiently behind me waiting to get into the service bay. The old Fergus location would have just helped load the tires without even being asked. Sad. Like I said for years we were super impressed small town service is whet Fergus and Elora thrive on. This is definitely not a good change for them.

Car maintenance prices always made me sad but the care of these techs with my vehicles is pretty great. They take the time to explain it all to me, which is so lovely because I don’t know much about cars. I usually leave feeling confident in my comprehension of the issues and they are resolved quickly.

I'll never use this place again. Last week I brought my mother car in and had them repair a low tire on her car and install the snows (on rim). Not only did it take over 2 hours but after they charged me 175$. While waiting in the lobby I had the pleasure of listening to the customer services reps rant about how terrible this place is to work and how awful management is.After trying to dispute the charge they assured my mother they had t fix 3 tires which is a complete lie. Hard to find an honest place to take your car but never bring it here.

I had some work done on my car hi pressure line so I m Looking around on the internet for pricing on a pice of hi pressure power steering line witch cost 100 dollars found a few spots on the internet cost 180 got charged $380 I found one spot that cost 390 for both lines . Then they cut the new line to put it in . Well I was shocked to see this . Power steering fluid 35 dollars . Sorry terry never agin .I Got burnt 2 times . Just for me I’m retired with an small in come . I believe in small town supporters to help our community. . And now have a winning power steering pump . It was bran new in August. And I’ll get a new pump asap install it my self .

Do not use this company. Price came in almost 50% higher than the quote. Brought in new tires and rims perfectly clean with only a few hundred km's on them but they were a mess when returned. Nothing seems to be done with a view to neatness and professionalism. A shame! Seeking a professional company to handle my tire needs locally as I have 5 vehicles but this is not the one.

5 stars is not enough, I would give this business all the stars. Our family has been using this business for years and we are very loyal customers for a reason. Across the board from customer service to repair, maintenance and advice. They meet and exceed all expectations. They genuinely care about you and will go above and beyond to work with you. They are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. We literally have never had a negative experience. Cost wise, they are comparable to others and will look at every cost effective way to lighten the load! Customer service staff are exceptional and the service and repair crew know their work. My mechanic as I call him is someone whom I trust completely with my vehicle. I feel valued as a customer.
