I bought a can am defender HD8 in2016, enjoyed the past few years with it and it was time for a upgrade! I walked in a month ago and spoke with Shaun (sales manager) I ended up walking out with a Defender XMR HD10. I asked for a bunch of extras, plow kit, front and rear windows, doors, and a HEATER! Boy did they deliver, everything on the machine is amazing, heater kit allowed me and my wife to take a ride in 15 degree weather with very little clothing.(jeans and hoodie's)If your looking for a great machine and a new partnership with a dealership that treats you with open arms and always willing to deal, head to filers right away!Thank you sales team, service department, parts department and to the mechanic that put it all together!One month review of the xmr, amazing power when you need it! Can am did it right with this one, seats are just as comfortable as my Silverado. The only thing that I will be changing is the tires, I get a vibration at 1-15mph with the 3 paddles

This is a hard review to give because 5 stars aren't enough. My buying experience was one of the best I've had in a long time, no pressure no bull, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a powersport vehicle. Oh yeah love the Spyder too!

These guys are beyond great so i ordered a side by side from Maddies waited weeks finally arrives i go sign the paperwork give the deposit and was not what we discussed,I called Filers explained my situation and told them i had a trip on Monday morning it was Saturday afternoon they called the bank got me a better deal and out the door with the Utv i wanted within hours of them closing great team of professionals i highly reccomend these guys!!Thank you

Amazing customer service the staff was super helpful and friendly and even called a few weeks after we bought our ssr 70 for our son to make sure everything was ok! Definitely worth the drive from Buffalo!

These guys rock! Bought a used SeaDoo from them a few weeks ago. Noticed an issue with the IBR on my first ride so I brought the ski back in. They got back to me within a few days and told me the IBR module was bad and needed to be swapped out under warranty. With part shortages and general supply chain issues plaguing the US, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to ride again for a while. But the guys in the service department were able to work some magic for me and had me back in the water in one week. Very impressive, especially given how busy they probably are this time of year. From the sales team to the service team, just an awesome dealership. Customer service is top notch! Big thanks again to Drew, Shaun, Steven and the whole crew at Filers. Appreciate you guys!

Killer store! Amazing environment! The store is always full of your off road needs. The parts department always goes above and beyond to get you the parts you need, even if they’re not in stock. The friendly sales team is always there to answer any questions you may have. After going to a couple of different dealerships in the area this is definitely my go to from now on. The service department is no doubt the best place to get any work done to your machine.
