Wrote a review outlining my sub par experience taking my vehicle in for inspection after several review prompts. Long/short, estimated was large and didnt match my expectations about what i felt it needed. Felt items needed were over priced and excessive. Staff was good to deal with and parts were quoted with top quality i do recognize that. Owner took the time to investigate my situations and we chatted. Seemed genuine about improving the customer experience. Might return and give them a second chance after completed some repairs myself.

Took my RV Trailer for MVI, service on electric brakes and tire issue. Kept me updated on their progress via email and text (you have the option to select how you want to be notified). Overall happy with the service, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone for trailer and automotive service.

Worse then going to a dealership. Brought my vehicle in for a low fuel pressure issue and without authorization they did a full vehicle inspection adding a long list of work they wanted to do that was not related to the low fuel pressure issue. When I showed concern over this they became argumentative, refused to do the work needed and demanded I pay for the diagnostic to get my vehicle back unrepaired.This company does not deserve any business.Update: They lied and claimed that car was actually fixed. It cost 328 dollars to get my fixed" car back which then broke down with the same low fuel pressure problem only a few kilometers down the road. They are refusing to refund my money."

First time customer at NS Diesel. My service and feedback concerning my vehicle was excellent. Very professional so no hesitation to continue going there for my vehicle service.

Steve, Brent and the team are awesome. The systems they use for communicating work orders, service issues and future signs of trouble is the best I have had in several provinces. Videos, photos and descriptive communication makes it very transparent and easy to understand. Highly recommend and will be using for future business and personal fleets.

I came in on a CAA flatbed. Engine cranks over, won't start. 1998 Tahoe Diesel, 6.5litre. I have no idea what is wrong. Last shop I had it to, don't work on diesel pick ups anymore. Googled diesel shops in the area and found this shop.I was pleasantly greeted by Norman, explained my situation and left there feeling re-assured my truck was in good hands! He kept me posted up to date as to the work that was being done! Full diagnostics were done and printed off for me. They searched and found the problem. Called me, explained the issues and had the go ahead.Norman calls a few days later, truck is done and ready to go!We were most impressed in the communication back and forth, clean shop, pleasant staff and an enjoyable experience! I would highly recommended this shop for all your diesel needs. Had the PCV Valve unit replaced and found this company to be very good with getting my car in and repaired on a timely fashion. Would totally recommend this group of professionals to all those folks out there with a Mercedes or I am sure any other brand that needs repairs done right. I have worked in the auto industry for over 42 years and can tell you these are the right group of professionals to repair your car right the first time around. Thanks to each and everyone on the team!!

Had my truck there for a repair, some other unexpected underlying issues popped up and they were great at relaying what the issues were and accommodating me. They treated me extremely well and I'll definitely be taking my business back to them in the future. Brent, Mark, Steve and the techs are a fantastic team that know exactly what they're doing in the shop and when it comes to the customer service side as well!

Great price on some Continental tires. Kind of slow, but very nice folks. Would definitely recommend them!A little hard to find though.Forgot to mention, they offer loaners, which is awesome!

Been going to them for years. Great staff, friendly and accommodating. They have always provided great service at a reasonable price. They always ask before the do anything and are honest about what absolutely needs to be done and what can wait. They fix the problem part, they don't automatically replace the entire system like other places I have taken my car to.
