Please keep your stuffs stocked. It's frustrating to come back again when me and my family see your racks empty. Came here for the cheese curd twice last week. Probably not coming back again.

Honestly was expecting to save some money buying in bulk. I would estimate 75% of their products are priced higher than the superstore. Unless your buying restaurant size sunspun products, it's pointless.

Fast and easy way to get in and out of the property you don't find everything you are looking for the prices is good similar to Costco store but you will find individual items so you don't have to pay for huge amounts of money for some things you don't want to buy

I visited with my wife for some of the disposable items. Almost half the selves were empty. We were looking for some disposable items but we were having hard time finding those because everything was out of stock I am not sure whether it is an ordering issue or stocking issue but apart from that if you want to buy some thing in bulk quantity it’s a good place to buy

I am a regular shopper at the wholesale club, and don't usually bother to waste my time reviewing the store or its employees, but I could not let this one go. I was in there yesterday and a heavier set woman with short brown hair and eyeglasses, her name tag started with an M but I couldn't see the rest. This cashier was terrible, she let it be known that she didn't want to be there, she was extremely rude to the other employees. One girl asked her a question and she snapped at her. I then asked her something, she looked at me and completely ignored me. Maybe she shouldn't be working with the public. I understand times are different but being even a little friendly goes a long way.

Not great. I ordered 300 ice cream cups ( 25 boxes) 2 weeks ago. Chapman's truck comes irregularly and often short shipped. I was called yesterday that the whole order was in. I went to pick it up today. 2 young men searched everywhere but no luck. The manager helped them. It was determined that the order did arrive but a almost half of it was gone. Another customer must have taken it. There was no note on it. Between the 4 of us, we came up with all 300 by adding in sherbert. It worked put in the end and I really appreciate it. I told them so.

Clean, great prices, good selection. I will be back again and again

This is the first wholesale club in Canada and with this kind of attitude they can't expand outside Canada. I bought 3 containers of pumpkin liquid containers and they all test bad. When I went to return it with in a week. She called her manager and told me we can't accept without receipt. I went back with receipt. She told me that she will not accept it next time.

Where to start? I’ve been shopping here for several years as there are items at the Wholesale Club that I can’t get elsewhere. Other than that, I wouldn’t go. Parking lot is ALWAYS littered with carts overflowing from the cart corral. Most of the staff are just downright rude- won’t look at you, scold you if you put something in the belt when cashing out, nobody will talk/greet you. It’s so frustrating when (seemingly) all the staff don’t care or are miserable
