Park Place on Village Green Apartments - Skyline Living

I live at 635 Village Green and I must say despite of the building being old and needs updation, I have been staying here for 3 years now just because of the resident manager Katie. She is super great personality and keeps the place well maintained and always plan events. At such age, she never feels tired and always is supporting and helpful and makes sure everyone is taken care of. Gem of person I must say. In these 3 years I had referred atleast 4-5 people who had stayed at this place just because of Katie who is loved by all. Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Valentine you name it and Katie has already planned it flawlessly. I and all my referrals stay here because of her.

I wish to send in a review at this time because I have had the pleasure of living in one of the buildings at Village Green three years ago and my son has continued to live in another of the buildings for eight years. This is a testament of how our family has enjoyed our stay with Village Green. I found my two-bedroom apartment comfortable and cozy.I was pleasantly surprised when I found two permanent friends in the apartment complex. I always return to visit my friends. Katie has been an excellent Resident Manager and an even better friend to me. My observation of her is that she always wears a smile and has a kind word for everyone she meets. Katie is a very hard worker and keeps the buildings under her care in ship-shape condition. She is kind to her employees and they love her for that. I have not encountered anyone to say a bad word about her. She strives to ensure that all occasions are observed. She makes sure that everyone participates in winter, spring, summer and fall festivities. Her summer garden is grown with love and shared with all tenants.I miss my time spent at Village Green but I get to visit my friends and my son any time I want.

I love living here, the sense of community is amazing. The gardens and green area really make feel like home. The resident manger Katie makes u feel at home and always makes you feel welcome with a smile and kind word. The building is older and has lots of character. Close to everything, great place for kids as well.

I live at 645 Village Green and going on my 3rd year. I want to express how amazing our Resident Manager Katie is. She makes everyone feel so comfortable and alwaysguaranteed she will have a smile and alwacknowledge you and say hi. Everytime I see her she is working so hard to make the place clean and beautiful and always friendly with a smile.I will recommend this place to live to anyone looking for a place as I feel it's Katie that makes living here a home.We have beautiful garden to plant vegetables and events which everyone gets involved to raise money for charity.I would like to thank Skyline and especially Katie for a great place to call home and family.

I have lived with Skyline living for 3 years and I can say that the management has done a great job at cleaning the buildings and that maintenance has been done on time. Katie and Damien are pleasant to deal with and work hard at doing their jobs! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of living at 645 Village Green Ave. Whenever anything needed attention, Katie, the manager always took care of things. Fast, efficient, and always a pleasure to deal with. Whenever We passed in the hall, I was always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. She made Village Green feel more like a family home, not an apartment building where no one communicates with each other.After leaving and moving to another country, I found it necessary to return to Canada, only problem was I couldn’t find a place. I called Katie and she took care of everything and now I’m moving back to Village Green. I was 12,000 kms. away, but she made everything easy.She is a true professional, and very kind person.Skyline Living, should see the great contribution she makes each and every day.Thank you Katie for all your help. A pleasure indeed.

i love living here! Our resident manager, Katie makes our community a home..a warm and inviting place to live. Friendships flourish and most people genuinely care about each other. That saying it takes a village to raise a child..thats what its like here. As long as Katie is here I will be. I cant say enough about her heart that consumes us all. Not a one of us is left out A beautiful garden to make friends and enjoy fresh veggies. events that is here for all of us to join in and raising money for charities. Its awesome to know her, she will teach you love and generosity and to smile no matter what❣

Living at village green for 6 plus years i have been blessed to be a part of their extended community Katie our RM has always been there planning tenant events. She plans such events as the car wash for the cure with activity for the kids. There is also pumpkin carving for the families in October a real family event.She puts on a movie night and sleepover , she makes sure each child has popcorn or chips. Thanks to Katie we have a community garden in which we all enjoy, it is a real social area. With the holidays among us once again, Katie plans a potluck for the residents.Not to fear for those who are not mobile Katie will hand deliver meals to them.Katie is the kindest person i know. She puts her residents first and is always there when you need her She is always thinking of ways to bring everyone together.Shes has a kind heart. And a wonderful woman. i'm glad to say I know Katie.

these buildings are older but have a lot of character and are immaculately kept up. Our resident manager Katie does an amazing job in keeping our grounds and buildings clean and neat. It truly is like coming home to your own home when you see beautiful gardens as you walk up to your door. There is always a smile and a hug waiting for you. It is a park-like setting that is very relaxing to spend time in. it is just like playing in your own backyard
