This theater is not bad. It could use some renovations and more cleaning. When I was there, the seats were very uncomfortable and the arm rest was quite sticky. The seats aren't elevated enough, so depending on where you sit, often times people's heads are in the way. We left the movie just before the credits started rolling and there was nobody that worked there to be found and we had to search for a garbage can that wasn't over flowing so we could dispose of our trash. The lights also weren't dimmed/turned off until a few minutes into the movie.

Movie theater is fine but could use some upgrades and a good clean and the arcade games are terrible. All the arcade games are 30+ years old and 75% of them are broken and most of the others will eat your coins. There's really only about 3-4 that actually work and will not eat your coins.

Absolutely awful!!!! We're not prepared at all for a busy night with the Mario movie. I get everyone does their best but we waited well over 25 minutes in line and missed the first part of the movie. We got there at 6:50. They had one person checking tickets (barely). They need some serious upgrades, absolutely horrendous.

Movies are watchable and the sound is decent. The theater is in poor condition, it needs an overhaul and massive upgrade to bring it on par with the other Cineplex theaters I've gone to. It has never been updated since it opened. Many of the seats are broken, ripped, or unusable, the floor is sticky and the theater smells. The arcade is in similar condition. The staff are friendly and polite. Every movie that is made in 3D and 2D will never be shown in 2D which is unfortunate.

Feels like a bit of an older theatre. The sound was very good and the seats were comfortable. The only negative I can say was their arcade is almost half out of order, especially the air hockey machine that was very little air that still works.

This is a movie theater. It has a small arcade. I wish there was more to say but that's really it! They haven't changed much in the last few decades, just have what they have and are running it like they always have.Overpriced food/drinks, clean but never quite CLEAN theaters and seats. They still get a 4 stars because i don't have anything bad to say, they provide a movie theater experience. Its not great, it's not bad, but it gets the job done!

This is a nice theatre with fairly comfortable seats, lots of auditoriums and nice, big screens. They always have the latest movies in 2D and 3D, which is nice. My biggest complaint is their concession is overpriced, even for a theatre, and their men's washroom is always out of hand sanitizer. I always point out that it's empty, but staff don't bother to refill it.

One of the worst theaters. Sent a letter to head office asking when they plan to do upgrades. We received a response that they have no intentions to ever reno our theater regardless of how bad a condition it's in and they will run it till it will be forced to close. I won't support this location if head office shows they don't care.
