Came here at 1:30 in the morning Saturday morning that is.... Have to say it's really annoying that when a delivery driver comes in here they go straight to the front of the queue and the staff make his food and make the people standing in line wait and wait and wait and wait. There were about seven people in three different parties ahead of me took me 35 minutes to get my order taken. Hey delivery drivers, WAIT IN LINEUPDATEI want to thank you for your timely response In this matter. I love coming to dairy queen late night And get some much needed food or sweet treats. With the prevalence of delivery food services, I find the customer who actually gets off their couch and comes into the restaurant has to suffer, Whereas the lazy people who sit on the couch and order on their cell phone get front of the line service. A solution could be 1 employee that simply looks after delivery drivers or a better system so that orders are made in the order they are received period and mesh better with your on site order taking process. Again, thank you for your response as it shows you care about your customers, and I look forward to my next 1am Craving for Hot eats and cool treats""

I just went to this location to get a mint Oreo blizzard. The guy who made it didn’t put the mint and the lady told him I ordered a mint Oreo so he took it back squeezed some mint flavoring inside put a little bit more ice cream in it and re blended it. He turned it upside down but it was way too soft and liquidy as I left and ate it. I was expecting it to be green and minty tasting but it just tasted like a regular Oreo blizzard how disappointing when I deliberately went there just for a mint Oreo blizzard. The staff here is lazy and careless.

They can’t get orders right at this location because the workers are either lazy or don’t seem to care. Most recent time, we ordered royal blizzards and received regular ones with no filling after paying the price for royals. They also served them completely soft and melty. Ice cream was awful and they don’t seem to care about their quality. Will not be going back to DQ after this.

This place is FILTHY. It doesn't appear to have been cleaned for at least a full shift. One of the TV displays is completely toast so that definitely adds to the sketchy, IDGAF vibes of this place. That said, the service is significantly faster than that of the Victoria Drive location so I guess pick which one is more important to you if you're in the neighbourhood: cleanliness or expediency.

good place, same as other DQ places but really small area. better to do take outs than hangouts.as for DQ, the company is hiking up the prices too much. the mini blizzard is like buying a medium before. see pic, i have asian hands and it's tiny but expensive now even when they have the bogo deal for the summer.sadly i do think DQ is supposed to top off blizzards and not just to the rim based on the Newwest and metro DQ i have gone to. maybe the person is new.in any case this is the only place near metro that takes in the mobile deals. i will probably go back here again if ever i crave specifically blizzard. not sure if i wana try their other savory food. they are trying too hard to expand what they are not good with. fries maybe but the rest neh.

It's a Dairy Queen, so you know what you're going to get. This one is more shabby than most. The blizzards at DQ are amazing, and the ice cream cakes are a standard. This location must be vintage, because the layout of the building and parking lot seem very 1950s or 60s - huge parking lot and little building

Location is very dirty and smells terrible every time I go here. Cashier was wearing gloves and handled cash then continues to prepare our order directly touching the food all while wearing the same pair of gloves. Gross.

Dirtiest DQ ever. Staff are incredibly rude especially the balding manager with stains on his shirt and breath that smells like onions. Ordered 3 things and was charged $22 and obviously they over charged me and tried to play it off. Not to mention the cashier lied to me saying a drink was included with the combo then charged me $3 for it. I then asked the manager about the cost and he took the receipt from my hand and exchanged it and gave me cash (I paid with card) and didn't even say sorry. My mom and I were extremely calm and patient over this small mistake but the service here was disgusting. My mom then asked if she could have some peanuts on her ice cream and the manager of the store gave my mom attitude and went $1.50". The least he could have done was given us peanuts after they over charged us. Every time I've visited this location I've seen rats outside and the inside smells rancid with dirty tables and every staff member is rude. I've worked in the service industry for many years and I understand and empathize of how mistreated/ service workers are but this altercation and the staff/manager's rudeness was so unnecessary and trashy. Hope it made their day better though since obviously that's the only good thing they've got going right now."

The 3 workers, one female, to males were not wearing masks while serving and preparing food. The female who served us was wearing gloves, that she also used to accept our cash, and when she prepared our order of chicken burger, which has shrunk in size along with the number of french fries. They were preparing another huge order of smoothies and shakes so we stood around for about 20 minutes waiting for our order.If you just want a chicken burger go to another fast food resto like A&W. Shakes and smoothies will give you diabetes anyway. One star or lower. Thanks.

The franchise owner doesn’t seem to care at all about this location. Always severely understaffed. The same menu screen has been broken (unreadable) for many months. The employees never seem to know what they’re doing. They all just keep running around trying to do the same jobs. I hate coming to this location. Go anywhere else if you can.
