We recently hired The Junk Company to remove our old hot tub. Jack and his colleague arrived on time, working tirelessly to cut up and remove the hot tub, ensuring that there was no debris left once they were finished. Jack was courteous and professional; we couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. We will most definitely be using The Junk Company any time we need anything removed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for junk removal.

I called Jack to remove an old and leaky hot tub from my backyard. He was prompt with the communication and setting a date for the removal. He arrived as expected, proceeded to cut up the hot tub, dealt with pests like ants and bees directly, and left my backyard in a clean condition.He was professional, the price was very competitive, and there was no surprises on the final pricing or service exclusions (as you might get some times).I am extremely grateful that I was able to find his company to help take care of removing the hot tub, a job I truly dreaded doing myself.As for competitors, I did call multiple junk removal companies and Jack’s pricing was the most competitive and compelling, such that it was a no-brained decision for me and I did not need to “think about it further”.I would definitely use his company again and I also would recommend his services.

Despite The Junk Company’s competitive prices, their dishonesty and lack of integrity aren’t worth it in my opinion.I paid for furniture removal and for a bedroom set to be taken to a specific donation store back in early-August. Didn’t happen.Jack said he’d deliver the furniture to the donation store the next day. Again, didn’t happen.I called a few days later & Jack said he put the furniture in storage & would go to donation store when convenient to him.Donation store still hasn’t received the set I paid to have taken to them, so maybe The Junk Company still has it or did something else with it. All I know is that they didn’t do what was agreed upon and paid for.Jack’s communication was initially great Re: price, confirming in writing that the price included taking furniture to specific donation store. Things changed on day of removal; they were hours late, I had to keep reaching out for ETA. That, plus the dishonesty by not taking furniture to donation store as agreed upon and paid for … Beware.

Not all heroes wear capes! I had an urgent issue and needed same day service to remove an item. Jack responded immediately and professionally and was able to get the job done in the span of an hour. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great experience with this company. They came to give a quote and we're back the next day clearing quite a tough contractor mess within an hour. My husband and I were dreading and also couldn't move the junk ourselves due to the size and condition of the items (contractor left them on our deck for months...). We are so grateful for The Junk Company. Price is fair and the team is kind and professional. Thanks guys!

I hired Jack & Mitchell to demolish my shed and a huge slab of concrete. They showed up on time and worked for many hours, removing the debris and leaving the area clean and tidy. They were respectful of my home, hardworking, and offered a reasonable price. A job well done by both. 5 star rating doesn't do this company justice. Jack and his team were courteous, friendly and professional from start to finish. They completed the job with ease and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I had requested that some of my furniture be donated to a charity close to my heart which Jack was more then willing to accommodate. If you are looking to clear out junk or clutter in your home this is the company you need to call!

I am so happy with my decision to go with The Junk Company!Jack & Cam went above and beyond their work duties. These young men are so kind, caring and absolutely amazing at their job!!! They helped me empty my Mom’s condo after we sold it. No job was too big for them. They did everything for me, moved, loaded, and disposed of anything I wanted removed. If you need any junk removed, definitely call The Junk Company, you will not be disappointed! I’ll be calling them again when I need stuff removed from my own home!
