I was having trouble getting insurance due to tickets and graduating license, but Mia Giore was on the ball and answered all my questions. No problems with their service, very quick and efficient staff ....and again Mia Giore was quick to respond, very polite and had all the answers to my questions. I had such a wonderful experience with Alfa insurance brokers I recommend it to anyone who is high risk and is in need for insurance.My broker is named Mia.G she was awesome and found me cheap insurance for being high risk . I was on a time limit and needed it done fast because my car company needed it the same day and she got it done . I’m so grateful to her ! Thank you again Mia ☺️

I have never met a more honest and hard working team in the insurance business, and I have gone through several Brokers due to my previous high risk status. I was refused by so many Brokers and yet I never felt judged when dealing with the polite, patient and courteous staff at this Broker. Staff has gone above and beyond to ensure I receive the best insurance coverage ast the very best rates. No hidden fees, no BS, presented with all my options, facts and is always treated with the highest priority and utmost respect when dealing with staff. I canceled my policy 6 days in after giving them over $1500 I was then told they take 9% I said fine apparently 9% is over $900 I'm no math wizard but that doesn't add upTLDR they like to rip people off and say it's your fault don't recommend

Thanks to Alexis I have house insurance again. I've tried other insurance brokers and they had no luck in finding insurance for me because of my situation.While doing a search I came across ALFA and read the reviews. I gave them a call and they are so nice. I explained my situation and Alexis said she should be able to find insurance for me. Within a week and a half she found me house insurance.

I was at a loss searching insurance company after insurance company talking to machines and getting redirected until I found Alfa. I called and immediately was able to speak to an actual (super nice) person. They made the whole process so smooth and easy, I am really impressed with the service.
