Friendly staff, comfortable lounge while you wait for service, TV could use new remotes as currently only about half the buttons work. Eventually i convinced the tv to play star trek and then i was set. Cant go wrong with star trek.

Great service dept. Had a check engine light come on young Christian got me in and looked at.Will be back if I need them.

Parts guys did not get my parts in a timely matter plus your guys don't have customers credit cards on file like all the other places I deal with and alley he is good to deal with in the used truck parts

I bought my Western Star from them only because of shortage and high demand of trucks. Had to come all the way from Toronto. I saw the truck only over photos which the sales person sent to me. The dash showed 30 km, but when it came to sign the bill of sale I realized the actual mileage was almost 3000 km, not a big deal but...They charged me double tax, first on my down payment, second on the total price.We made an agreement that they would do a 3 axle alignment, they said they did it, but it was not aligned properly. The steering wheel was crooked and the truck was strongly pulling to the left.I went for a second alignment and they found that 2 axles were out of alignment and I had to pay out of my own pocket. I have sent them proof of the alignment report, yet, they did not agree to compensate me for my expenses even though the truck was brand new.Honesty is not their strong suit.

5 star. They know what they do. I had a clutch pedal noise and was thinking its a drive shaft bearing, but they diagnosed and found the problem fast and professional.
