Mindy was unquestionably responsible for finding the perfect office for my practice and negotiating a great lease. This was a large leap for our business but she drove around until we found the space that made me feel confident which reflects on my clients. We listed our house for sale at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. We had one showing on our house that landed us an offer. However, the offer wasn’t acceptable to us and Mindy worked very hard to get the deal done. I know it wasn’t easy because the Buyers agent had 3 different people working the offer. I could tell it was a frustrating situation but Mindy remained professional throughout the process! She was determined to get the deal done... and she did! We were able to move on and fulfill our dreams!!! Highly recommend Mindy for her tenacity, her professionalism and her kindness.

Mindy sold my boyfriend's townhouse and then helped us with the purchase of our new house in August 2018. She listened to what we were looking for and followed up on all of our questions. Mindy represented my wife and I as buyers in 2013 when we were looking for an acreage in the Fraser Valley. I sold the same place after property development this year, and was disappointed that Mindy had not responded further to visiting to assess property value. So I exclude that from my five star assessment as she is not being rated on that.
