This store has many beautiful, quality designs as well as superior customer service. Every time I'm in Winnipeg, I visit Hilary Druxman Design to purchase a few 'souvenirs'. Even though it takes me forever to go through the store and decide, the salespeople are always pleasant and patient! It's a great team! This year, I needed to organise a gift for my sister from overseas. I left it late (whoops!) so the item I'd chosen was sold out. However, that wasn't a problem. I was advised that they could prepare and deliver it for me before Christmas. And, they have. Thank you! I'm so grateful and know my sister will love her gift.( Can't wait until I can get 'home' again and do some more personal shopping) Happy 2022!

I was there to repair a broken necklace for my daughter. The job was done nicely and quickly on site with very reasonable price. Collections in store are larger than online shop. Friendly staff and highly recommend!

HD has so many beautiful and reasonably-priced pieces. I bought my daughter the delicate open-hexagon necklace, which she loved and wore every day. Unfortunately, it snagged on her sweater and broke. When I brought it in, they were able to repair it while I waited. Excellent customer service!

walking in i was a little nervous because the store looks more high end than anywhere i would usually shop. i met with an employee named shea who was excellent. he was able to size my fingers and make notes on the 2 rings i needed sized/repaired in no time and was friendly and personable the entire time. i didn’t feel out of place like i expected to which was nice. he was upfront about the costs which i appreciate (and it was actually a lot less than i expected). this morning i received a call that my items were ready (only 2 days later!). excellent service and staff. amazing work. thank you for making my rings functional again!

I've purchased a few items from Hilary Druxman. In fact the necklace in my portrait is from her. I love her contemporary design. Today I brought in a gold chain that was broken. I was asked if I'd like to wait in my car as they fixed it. When it was ready, they didn't charge me for the repair. It brought a tear to my eye, as I don't see this kind of kindness very often. So Thank-YOU Hilary Druxman for all you do. Winnipeg is lucky to have such a talented, kind hearted jeweller!
