I feel very comfortable in this clinic. Very clean. Excellent comunication and customer service. Dr Ban and Dr Ziad are the best. Very friendly . Always makes me understand my condition and provide the best advise for me. What I like always telling you how much the insurance will cover before start working on my tooth. I highly recommended to give a try.

Dr. Ban and her assistant Saba are great professionals and the facility is well designed and makes you trust them. They do a great job all around, highly recommend. I had a nerve removed painlessly.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and explaining my treatment options. I started cleaning today with Jaspreet who did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. Dr. Ban was very thorough and clear in terms of expectations and outcomes. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on!Definitely recommend to go visit and see for yourself!

I recommend this dental centre blindly to everyone having my same issue.This is my story with Dr.Ban and Dr.ZiadSince I was a teenager all my pictures without any smile people thought I’m eccentric or serious, in 2015 I was young lady recently came to Canada looking for an opportunity to start my life and I stat to look for a job but it was really difficult because I was not feeling confident to express myself always thought will judge me for ugly smile, also I had no friends to go out same issue not feeling happy with my smile.My main issue with my teeth main issue was there a tooth embedded in the upper jaw and there is no space to bring it down because of my teeth size was big, I went to many Dr.’s explaining my situation none of them agreed to do what I’m looking for I was so disappoint.Finally I found Moonstone dental centre, I meat with Dr.Ban she gave me a hope said we can do it, I was so excited and happy. Dr.Ban with her amazing job being patient and very gentle with me trying to do her best for not having and pain and perfect result with her continuously care even in COVID-19 always making sure I’m ok, also thanks Dr.Ziad and gorgeous staff that became all like part of my family I really thank them all.I remember first time I had my braces all night I was dreaming how nice would be after I take it off, here I’m with my dreams came true.

Basically told me they will give me a year warranty but then charged me without telling me the will charge me beforehand for just 20 minutes of glue? Long wait for their product, bad service, and make sure to not take their word for any warranties or promises

I had a tooth extracted on Tuesday morning..Thank you.It is with great pleasure that I write this message..I am now able to eat pain free.. The manner in which.the dentist calmed my nerves was fantastic...She made sure I was pain free before the procedure. I also appreciate that she didn't try to upsell more work to me.You are now my favorite dental office..If I am able in the future to afford more work to be done.You will be my go to place. Very welcoming environment, the dentist and all the other members on the team are friendly, and professional. They do a great job of explaining procedures in detail. My dental hygienist is very gentle and thorough for each appointment.
