So far so great. I had an emergency where my gas tank was leaking unexpectedly, I panicked and showed up at the end of day and Adrian in Service said yes I’ll help you. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and called me with an update right away. I haven’t had it fixed yet, but so far compared to other establishments I’ve been met with respect, kindness and honesty. Will update once my vehicle is finished it’s repairs.

Shane Leslie Braddick experienced a first class approach to vehicle maintenance. Gil was our service rep. He was friendly positive and very helpful through the process. Best auto service in town!!! I needed an alignment for my Honda Civic 2004 SIR after installing new suspension parts. Initially, I was a bit nervous, as I’ve had some bad experiences at other alignment shops. However, Gill; one of the auto technicians, made me feel welcome and was very kind about my situation. The alignment took no more than an hour and I had a good time chatting with the team. However, I noticed my alignment was a bit off the next day and called them back as they offered a 30 day warranty. Cameron picked up the phone, and with no questions asked; he got me an appointment to correct the alignment the very next day. The alignment issue turned out to be how my car's drive shafts were made in the factory, yet they did their best to correct it. I've had no issues with it since and the car drives like a dream. Gill, Cameron and the rest of the team are kind, welcoming professionals! They'll make you feel at home and will be 100% transparent while making sure you understand what the issues at hand are. Plus there's free hot chocolate in the waiting room. Will definitely be back for future repairs!

I had a great experience here. They even take pictures as they work and put them in a report to give me. I highly recommend it and hope more locations will open.

I don't usually give out 5 stars but this had been a great experience. The online booking was smooth and the service was professional. Marcel was the gentleman that assisted me with my Toyota Corolla and he was very professional.One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the place. Even in the auto service area the place looked spotless. The free coffee/tea was a nice touch also. The oil change was quicker than the time they told me and I also got a free car wash. On top of that, they had a promotion with $10 Petro Canada gift card at the time I went. I think I will stop buying oil change Groupon and start getting my oil change and car services here.

If you are not a BCAA member, then you are a gambler. These roadside assistance policies are really quite inexpensive for what you get. Just 1 tow of your vehicle would cost double the year valid policy price. The service center is incredibly clean, bright, and efficient. My oil change, as a new member, was $56.00 all in. On top of which they did an in-depth assessment of my entire vehicle, complete with photos and suggestions of what could use attention in the future. SO PROFESIONAL!

These guys rock! They took excellent care of Bella and I and managed to find the part even though she's a senior (1990 Miata). Special shout out to Mitch for all his sympathetic noises about the bill LOL, I appreciated it.

I drive all the way from Vancouver to South Surrey just to make sure my car is inspected by a trusty mechanical shop. They are very honest and they explain each concept in detail with me. They do not rush when you ask questions and are happy to walk with you on the next steps. They don't just take your money but instead, go down the cheaper path and see whether or not it will work. Amazing and would totally recommend!

Very nice environment and nice staff. Most of the time I go there for auto services. Cam and Gil from auto are awesome. I can't stress how welcome I feel each time I was there. They listen and attend to my needs. Such a great commitment to customer service should be commended highly.
