Clean store, welcoming friendly knowledgeable staff about products styles and sustainability of products. Quality made products with life time warranty on stitching and waxing that is offered at the store. Rare to find this type of customer service and warranty of garments from defects and or wear and tear. Highly recommended to even just check out the store and garments

I came in to the store to check out their bags and jackets and the lady that was helping me was very rude. Spoke with such attitude and looked very annoyed to have to go to the back and check for different colors for me. Maybe she was having a bad day but it still doesn’t justify this kind of customer service. I will be shopping online from now on. Truly a terrible experience.

This location of Fjallraven is host to some absolutely amazing, informative, friendly and jovial employees that go above and beyond their means to ensure you have the best shopping experience possible. At my most recent visit to this store, I was absolutely shocked at the quality of service provided to me, absolutely bar setting.Not only does this store host some amazing employees, but the clothing and gear found is amongst the best. I am an avid outdoorsman, and I live by the Fjallraven brand. The pants are extremely durable, light and flexible. With the onsite tailor to repair any holes or rips that I may incur on my hikes/adventures. Fjallraven sets the standard for quality.I appreciate the service and the quality goods that I see myself buying for the rest of my life.Thank you to Heather, Evan and Joady for the excellent service. And to any would-be buyer, I implore you to visit this store, you will not regret it.

Quality merchandise, worth every penny. The clothes designs are different especially the outdoor, hiking , hangout pants for women and men. The best backpacks come in such fun colours. Beautiful tops,shorts, caps and much more, you will find something for everyone on your Christmas list. BTW best customer service ever :)

Wanted to express gratitude for the high level customer service that I experienced with Fjällräven’s Queen St store in Toronto. Particular shout out to Nick who went above and beyond. His knowledge, communication, and friendliness was incredible. I ordered backpacks in bulk and in addition to helping facilitate the purchase and advise on the product, he proactively provided clear and regular updates on status (as he had to source products from multiple locations). Beyond Nick, interactions with everyone in the store were memorably pleasant. They were all insightful, helpful, and genuine. I’ll gladly buy more from Fjällräven and would go out of my way to shop at this location. Thanks again!

It's definitely one of my favorite stores in Toronto to get my outdoor outwear. A well-known brand in the market with their great quality products. Besides amazing Fjallraven products, they have some useful outdoor equipments, such as insulated bottles. Good quality gloves , etc. And, of course, this package is much better with high-quality knives. If you are looking for Helle knives or James brand knives in GTA, you have to check this store out.

This is the only store that they have for people in the Toronto area the employees are helpful every time I come in keep up the good work guys stay safe out thereThe only feedback I would give is for the alteration lady, she could be more nicer over the phone and loose the attitude, calls should be recorded for customer satisfaction and customer service.Those products aren’t cheap, when you have spent thousands of dollars on a brand you should be treated like a million bucks in my opinion especially when your fjallraven head to toe
