Hanky's Family Restaurant
The rice bowl is the best vegetarian meal in Hope, and the cakes are really nicely done with quality ingredients (not overly sweet and real whipped cream)! This is my favorite place to eat in town.

Hanky's Family Restaurant
Really nice stop on the way north from Vancouver, it's a blend of diner food, and more elevated fare.They take care in the preparation of things, which is welcome. Noodles, not over cooked, eggs, perfectly soft, wonton, if not hand made, quality. The seafood was also generous, and well cooked.

Stopped in on the way north from Vancouver and so happy we stopped. I had an amazing sandwich-Turkey cranberry. Which I wish I can have all the time now. My partner got a loved the burger and my daughter was pleasantly surprised her chicken nuggets were Dino shaped! Can’t wait to go back

Hanky's restaurant is so relaxing and the food is delicious! Their menu has many options, and everything we ordered was amazing. I would definitely recommend it.

Hanky's Family Restaurant
What a find!! Off the beaten path (which allows us to see what a nice little town Hope is) but easy to find. Great menu and SUCH good food. We had very generous portions with fresh ingredients. Great value, too! To quote JB “ you gotta eat here!”The only thing I’d change is perhaps a little more updated music as elevator style is pretty boring. Other than that, it’s one for your list!

Hanky's family restaurant in Hope, BC came highly recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint! We stopped by for lunch on our way to Kelowna from Burnaby, and we were thrilled with our experience.The chicken nuggets for my 3-year-old were a hit, and our Hanky's burgers were absolutely delicious. The patties were juicy and full of flavor.The service at Hanky's was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed right away. It's a fantastic place for families.If you're in Hope, BC, make sure to check out Hanky's family restaurant. The food is great, the service is friendly, and we can't wait to visit again!

The place is good from inside. Nice decor.We ordered the fresh strawberry cake and a chocolate cake. Both very out of this world!The strawberry cake was so fresh! The cream in it was very delicious. The chocolate cake had multiple layers in it and each bite was satisfying!Garlic bread was good too, but a bit on the sweeter side. The fries very more oily than usual but packed with flavor! The Dino nuggets were very tasty as well. Definitely recommend this place for the desserts!

Great comfort food at a reasonable price; fills you up without breaking the bank. Love the large selection of the menu; has everything from fish & chips, burgers, fried rice, wonton, to pasta. I’ve visited three times and their quality of food and service is consistent.Love the Swedish Meatball Pasta, the Seafood Pasta, and the Wonton Soup. Both came with a side salad and French toast, which were yummy as well (even the picky eater friend who doesn’t normally eat salad finished her salad here). Plenty of linguini to feast on, as well as seafood for the seafood pasta (squid, prawn, mussels, scallops etc) and several sizeable meatballs for the meatball pasta. Both were equally good and we can’t pick a favourite.The wonton soup was also quite yummy, especially on a cold rainy day. The filling is tasty and easy to chew. Coffee is also freshly brewed and has good aroma. They also have a god selection of tea leaves if coffee isn’t your thing. Id also strongly recommend their cakes if you still have some room leftover.My party of 3 only paid under $50 (before tax), and left full and satisfied (and with some extra leftovers to spare).

The food was delicious with a beautiful presentation. The atmosphere was nice, a fusion of different types of restaurants. Would definitely eat here again.
